After leaving my first review last night, about the bed bugs we had in the first room we got, we found out that two other rooms also had bed bugs. So I'm not positive how many rooms are affected by this but as of this moment, we know of 3

REPLY TO BUSINESS RESPONSE: We personally gave the 3 bugs we found to the lady at the front desk. As to you claiming the room was rented out already with no complaints, we JUST left the hotel and the room we stayed in was not already re-rented. So I do not believe your response and I would like for everyone to who may choose your hotel that this is something they should be aware of and pay close attention to. I would also like to know if the other two rooms that had bed bugs were inspected as well? Because there's no way they were inspected yet. Thanks for your quick response and I hope you the best of luck with your bug infestation.

To anyone who is planning to stay or has stayed here, good luck to you and your family as well. I hope no one takes these bugs home with them. Happy holidays.

After reviewing the reviews left about this place, I've seen multiple reviews left about bedbugs and the response from the company is exactly the same each time. DO NOT BELIEVE THE BUSINESS WHEN THEY SAY THERE ARE NOT BED BUGS. Check the photos for yourself and protect yourself and family from these horrible pests, and I don't just mean the bugs. Obviously the manager does not care about it's customers.

The beds were super comfortable. First walking in the room and it looked amazing nice and tidy super clean room and bathroom. Complementary breakfast. The staff is so nice and friendly, takes care of any needs we had.

I was traveling and on vacation and don't remember exactly where I was but, it was late in the afternoon and time to stop for the night. I was looking for a place to stay, there was the Royal Inn & Suites, I pulled in, spent the night. After entering the room and looking at the accommodations, I thought I should have stopped earlier. Quite relaxing. Very good.

Great place to stay! Been in town for work for the past couple weeks and had a great stay every time! Staff is very friendly and always provide top notch service! Get a great night's sleep here!

The room was clean. The showers are not meant for people over 6' tall... I stayed for about 6 hours. It was a place to crash out. Miss Leslie is amazing.

The room was very clean, staff was very pleasant and helpful when i checked in, i liked how it was very quiet and was able to get a peaceful nights sleep. Would recommend to anyone passing through and i will stay again if im in the area

When we checked into the room last night, we were told breakfast was from 6:00 until 9:00 a.m. . We were told there would be biscuits and gravy for breakfast. I was excited to hear that. I set my alarm, to make sure I was up. I went over to get breakfast at 8:30 a.m. . The gravy container was empty. What I asked to clerk about bringing out more, I was told there will be no more today. she had a lot of hungry men this morning. This is not acceptable. If you promote you have something for breakfast it should be available the entire breakfast.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when checking in, the rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable made for a good night's rest. The price was exceptionally reasonable. I would highly recommend
