Very unhappy with the way my hair was handled. It's very dry and damaged due to a bad dye session and she was very rough. Combing my hair and it getting tangled, instead of going slow or with more care she tears the comb through my hair. I can hear and see the breaking of my hair. That's not ok I have soo much more breakage because og that now
Do not come here if you have curly hair!!!! I am mixed with black and Asian so my hair is more thick and curly and this lady told me she was experienced and completely ruined my hair. I came wanting a deva hair cut like a Afro and came out with the top of my hair cut really short and my bottom length long, it looked like a mollete. I cried that whole day and now I’m putting my hair in braids, inventing into lace front wigs until it grows back. I don’t suggest anyone of color or is mixed to trust these women with curly hair. I suggest going into a salon who is more experienced on black peoples hair. Don’t let these women touch ur curls!

Oh em geee! I walked in last minute for an updo. Rosa is phenominal! My hair came out beautifully & I was so extremely happy!
I have gone on 2 different times to get a haircut and the 2nd time to get a hair up do for a wedding. I was very pleased with both times. That I keep going back for my hair needs.
Normalmente iba a este sitio y era aceptable, pero mi ultima experiencia fue mala. En la mañana me corte el pelo y el resultado no fue nada bueno, sin embargo decidi darle otro chance y volvi en la tarde con mi hijo de 11 años, y el mismo resultado, terrible corte de pelo, pero lo peor de todo es que cobraron mas de lo que corresponde. Entiendo que los precios suben, de hecho ellas lo habian anunciado recien abrieron despues de la pandemia, comunicaron a los clientes y actualizaron las tarifas en los anuncios que uno ve. Pero al terminar el corte de pelo de mi hijo me cobraron una tarifa aun mas alta, le pregunte a la señora porque? le señale que todos los avisos decian un precio y ella me estaba cobrando otro mas alto. SImplemente me ignoro y me cobro lo que quiso, no vuelvo a este sitio.
First time getting my highlights done with Rosa and oh my goodness I love it! She was great, so sweet and her work is amazing! I will definitely be returning.
