Definitely economical and love the fact that they let you use their sauces! Fast food is all about the sauce. The only problem is they never pre-prepare the food when i call to order. They start preparing it after I arrive and pay, thus no point ordering on call.
Food was awful.
You could tell the chicken wings had been sitting there for a very long time.
They didn't even make a fresh batch of chips. Instead, they just put them back into the fryer to warm them up.
Only good thing about the place was you can help your self to sauces.

I have been eating from roosters for 8+ years and only recently they have become extremely lazy with their service and their food. The wings are soggy and not fresh, the chips are RAW and soggy. They are literally white no shade of brown on them and they are completely raw and soggy and oily. The only good thing is their sauce which gets the 1 star. I am super disappointed because they were my go to fast food restaurant and now they have become rubbish.
The food is good however when I've ordered food it's taken over an hour to get to my house. Tonight for example my food was meant to arrive "estimated arrival" at 3:15. It's currently 4:30 and guess what it's still not here.
I held off from saying this for ages cause I like to give people a chance, but the bearded guy is unbelievable, why does it feel like I’m asking you for a favour when I ask for a special offer that “YOU” have advertised.
Only giving 2 stars cause the food is half decent, but the brothers in there need a reality check.
Very tasty food, owners are very friendly and clean. I ordered the family bucket and the chicken was well-cooked and crispy. 10/10 recommend.
I went in and ordered 2 pieces of chicken with chips.The chicken wasn't crispy at all, very soggy coating and the chicken meat old looking, dry and a disgusting grey colour.I complained to an indifferent and monostyllabic bloke behind the jump and he just shrugged his shoulders.The place doesn't look too clean either.I woukd give it zero stars if possible.
