I LOVE getting my eyebrows threaded here so much! Ive been coming here for the past 7 years because they do such great work and for such a good price and not to mention the ladies are so kind! My eyebrows stay nice and clean for up to a month, it’s the only place I let touch my eyebrows. I live 30 minutes away but I don’t mind the drive because I know every time I come I’m leaving satisfied! 10/10 recommend !
This is the best place to get your eyebrows threaded & any body wax needs. I’ve been going to them for years & I love them ! Don’t be shy to ask for how you want your eyebrows, they will take care of you. The customer service is awesome as well, very sweet ladies. ????
I absolutely love this place. I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years and they do my eyebrows perfectly every time. I travel a lot for work now but they’re still the only ones I let touch my eyebrows. I usually go to one of the ladies specifically, however they are all great at what they do and very sweet. I always get compliments on my eyebrows and refer my friends/ family here and now a lot of them come here too. Definitely worth a trip!
I’d been to Roop’s in the past for eyebrow threading and loved the results. On one of my visits, the person threading my brows asked if I wanted to try their waxing services. I declined in the moment however I filed away the fact that they offered other services just in case. Fast forward to today - my previous wax specialist moved on from the place that I would go to and so I decided to find someone new. I came to Yelp and saw that Roop’s was highly rated and remembered I’d been offered the service in the past. Called up, made an appointment and had THEE BEST Brazilian wax experience ever. AND I got my underarms waxed for the first time, too???? Awesome customer service, passionate, genuine folks who go out of their way to ensure you feel both welcomed and comfortable. Definitely will be my place of choice moving forward. If you needed someone to confirm that you should be going to Roop’s, here you are - you’re welcome!
I’ve been going to Roop’s for 2 years now and every experience has been amazing. I had my eyebrows done too thin somewhere else, and even though I went to different people each time, they all shaped my eyebrows with room to grow in naturally instead of keeping them thin. They actually listen to what the customer wants done. I have PCOS and this is the first place ever (NYC and FL) that takes the time to really remove the coarse facial hair that comes with it. I also get waxed here and they work so efficiently and always do great quality work. They make me feel super comfortable. I am so glad I found them.
Today I decided to try the Hydra facial and it was amazing! My skin looks 100% better already. This was my first time ever and I’m happy I did it. I will be back. Not to mention I drive 1 hour and 20 minutes to come here. I’ve been coming for 13years getting my eyebrows threaded. Trust me you won’t go wrong here. The main thing is she’s very clean and professional. I work in the health field and I’m very picky.. The entire staff is very nice and clean. Please try them out you won’t be sorry! The facial I received was truly amazing and relaxing. I could almost fall asleep on that table. The room temperature was nice and cool but the warm blanket made it perfect. The lady customized the facial to my needs. She took her time deciding my skin type and she did an amazing job. She seemed very passionate with her work. I would definitely do it again.
I discovered them years ago and then I moved out of state. Now, when I come back they are the FIRST place I visit! I have very thin eyebrows from years of plucking and these wonderful ladies somehow manage to make my brows look thick and beautiful. I will NEVER go anywhere else. In and out in less than 30 minutes. I walk out with runway model confidence LOL Thank you ladies for your wonderful, magical work! ????????????
