I've gotten my nails done here before with no problem. But the last 3 times I went they were unable to do my nails. I went at 8am (since their door says they open at 7am) a lady informed me they didn't open til 9 even tho people were in there getting feet and nails done. Told me to come back at 10. So I did, waited a half hour for them to just tell me there was no one that could do my nails. So I called later that day and made an appointment for 3 days later. I went there, waiting an hour and a half. A lady informed me that they couldn't do my nails yet, that I have to wait. 3 other customers came in and went ahead of me. It's a shame they treat their customers this way.
I brought my 6 year old granddaughter to have her nails and toes painted. They were so nice to her and her nails look great! I made an appointment for myself to get a gel refill and gel polish. Excellent service!!!
I went twice in two days! Once to have my eyebrows waxed and a second time for a pedicure. The lady that did my eyebrows listened to what I wanted and did what she needed to do to fix my at-home mistakes. The second day, I walked-in with two friends, for pedis and manis. We waited all of five minutes before we sat for our pedicures! Vicki performed my spa pedicure with foot treatment and it was fabulous! The massage was great and she even double checked about my polish....I wanted white and she confirmed if I wanted a sheer or opaque white. I also mentioned I like sparkle so she grabbed a sparkly white to see if i liked it better than what I had initially chosen...I did and I LOVED it!!!!!!can’t wait to come back!

Rio Nais is spectacular! I have been a loyal customer of Yen for 15 years. Joanne keeps all of her products up to date! I love the shape, strength, colors, designs, spa foot pedicure, for a truly relaxing experience!
Had uv gel done. They were awful. Went back the next day to gave them fixed. They are better, but more importantly they were very willing to fix and actually thanked me for giving them the opportunity to correct the mess.
I visited the salon yesterday. Walked in without an appointment and was accepted right away and assigned to Cindy. It had been over a year since my last manicure, and my nails and cuticles were a mess. CINDY was absolutely amazing !! She took her time with me and made sure my hands were in the best condition they could be! I got the french manicure with gel polish. She also waxed my eyebrows and did a beautiful job. The spa itself was clean and the owner and nail techs were all very nice. I would highly reccomend this salon. Cindy was the best! Thank you so much Cindy :)
