I went to the store and asked to try on wigs they said that I can only try on two wigs no more without buying some I think the store is racist and that they do this to the majority of their clientele which is black or African American I would suggest don't go to the store don't give them your money I know I will never stop there again

First and last visit, customer service was nonexistent. Product offerings were cheap and of low quality. No greeting upon entry from the woman standing by the door and the guy was absolutely silent while ringing up the person I was with, for a moment I thought perhaps he was mute, but not so - just rude and apathetic.
One lady watched me my entire visit. After I made my purchase another customer made a statement "I'm gonna get out of here before I catch a charge". I asked her if they were watching her and she said yes... the little lady had followed her around the entire store and never asked if she needed help finding anything. I went home and 2 hours later I opened one of my durags and it had a hole in it. I called the store and asked a lady if I could exchange it. She responded to me with a nasty disposition "Oh really, I'm going to have to see that and bring a reciept". She had not given me a receipt, but I just let it go for peace sakes. But I will NEVER visit again. I recommend that African Americans NEVER visit.

The store was over stocked and when I asked for help gor a specific item I was told it can be found all over. If I knew exactly what I was looking for o think my experience would have been better ????
Have A lot of great stuff in that you ate not able to get elsewhere around town.
Owners need to be a little more pleasant though.
