I was surprised to see some Greek dishes on the menu. I had the gyros, and the meat seemed to be pre-packaged instead of off the spit. Hubby had the chicken Alfredo with garlic bread. He thought the chicken was bland, not grilled, and the garlic bread was more of a toasted bun with butter.

IF we go back, it would be to try the pizza.

We had a meal here the other day. We hadn’t been in a while.

The service was great, I don’t think KP could have be more attentive. He was great.

I ordered a burger with fries, wife ordered a Hawaiian Pizza. KP brought our food, mine was right, but they made the wrong pizza. By the time the correct pizza was brought out, I had finished my burger, so we got the pizza togo. There was so much liquid? in the pizza that when we got home the entire bottom crust was completely soaked. The pizza couldn’t be eaten. It was wasted.

My burger was okay, fries were excellent. The dining room was freezing ????.

Don’t think we’ll be back, at least not anytime soon.

Ordered spaghetti and meat sauce - got meatballs. Husband ordered calzone. Cheese was so tough he had to yank it out. Cheese sticks were tough like they had cooked them twice. Again, had to yank at them to get a bite. Usually pleased with Rafael's but disappointed this time.

We were headed toward Chattanooga TN from Huntsville, AL and wanted lunch. One of our party is vegetarian, so a lot of fast food doesn't work.

We found Rafael's through a Google search and decided to take a chance.

Clean, well lit, with a great ambience, the food did NOT dissapoint! It was outstanding!

I had the gyro plate, my traveling companions had a veal parm sub and a vegetable calzone. My gyro was perfectly cooked and a large enough portion that was perfect. The veal and calzone were just as good as my gyro.

We left satisfied yet not overfull.

Family owned, family friendly, and family oriented, the staff were super fun and helpful. We will definitely be back!

Hands down a must go to when your in the area!!!! Best pizza ever and veal parmesan, salad, everything was great about this place hostess was super nice!!! Always on point with refills and anything we needed... Pizzas was bogo and so we had a wonderful lunch the next day also...I cannot wait to go back again ... In my opinion this is one of the best restaurants I've ate at in a long time..

They had a new waiter there, he was friendly & attentive to you.

I just wish Rafael's could have dividers between the booths.

Especially since one Old Man kept trying to cough up a lung at the table! His wife be turning her nosey self looking at our table after he would do it! She stopped after I made a comment loud enough she could hear!

People be staring @ you just like they have Never seen anyone eat before or a person of color eat out before!

Good food at a decent price. Spacious and open environment. Clean and food was received promptly.

Best fries, salad was fresh, great parking and clean restrooms.

The food was very tasty.
