Tracy did my nails, and she was very kind. I told her I wanted matte black with a shiny French tip, and she seemed very hesitant as she had never done a matte shine mix before. If it were just that, I’d give a better review, but the shapes not what I wanted, the acrylic is lumpy, and there’s gel all over my skin. Really wish it could be a better review, but I’ll be fixing them myself and feel the price I paid was far from worth it.
Prices are great! And my nails ALWAYS look fantastic. Son always does a great job with my in-grown toe nails which get really bad.
They are horrible they make your nails thin so they can easily break. I would not recommend it them
Walked in one Saturday afternoon and Tracy sat me down almost immediately. I got the best care I've had in years. Tracy applies artistry to my nails and they always are so lovely when I leave their shop. It's well worth it to drop in for some pampering.
They are always busy on a Saturday but got me in quickly. I enjoyed it. I only have one complaint, the last 2 visits I couldn't get the polish color I wanted n had to choose something else.
It is a great place to get Mani and pedi done they also have a big selection on gel polish they are very friendly
Called on Saturday to set appointment for myself and a friend. Specifically stated 3 times we wanted manicures and pedicures. The women called to confirm we were still coming in that day but stated she only had me down for manicures and couldn’t do our pedicures because she scheduled someone after us. Well it’s supposed to be by appointment only. A women walked in asking if they had time to do a quick pedicure. The lady then stated yes and say her down for her pedicure. Super unprofessional as it is supposed to be by appointment only and I set up the appointment and couldn’t get my services done. She rushed through my manicure and did a terrible job as the nail polish doesn’t even cover the whole nail and it was not all the way down to the cutical. Will NEVER go back!
Got right in with a friendly staff but I do have to admit I’m a little frustrated and disappointed with my nails upon leaving. I noticed some spots where the polish wasn’t spread out evenly, as well as top coat that has gobbed up and is just sitting on the edge of my nails, with one of my nails filed very unevenly. I am not much of a complainer, but this is literally the one thing I allow for myself to be treated to, I just wish the technician would have maybe taken 5 extra minutes to paint and file a little more carefully. I might try one more time and see how it turns out with a different tech.
