This place has really gone downhill. The only word I can use to describe is NASTY!!
Very unsanitary conditions, from the chairs, to the basins, to the floors and mirrors.
The manager (Susan) lounges around, placing her bare feet on the manicure chairs, that customers sit on!
Simply GROSS environment.

Very unsanitary place. Right when you walk in the whole place is very outdated and definitely needs some up keeping. The tools they used for our pedicures were not sanitized and just laying out from the previous clients. The pumice stone they used was so worn down, who knows how many peoples feet it was used on. As well as the nail file. (Which both should be tossed after the one time use). They charged $5 extra to remove gel polish but removed it by drilling it off and then said they can't shape them in a square due to them being so weak.... . They even cut me with the cuticle cutter and then just laid it back down with the unused tools. Should have passed on the pedicure but felt rude with it being a gift. Definitely would not suggest going to this place unless you want to catch something.
The first time I went to q-nail, the service was very good, the environment was clean and the nails were beautifully done. Will go again next time.
They're extremely helpful here! I'm not someone who goes for manicures often but wanted to try no chip. They helped me figure out all the differences between the 2 types they offer and answered questions without making me feel like an idiot. I'll be back to see Nick soon!

Been going there for years. I brought my best friend there, who is diabetic and never got her feet done because of that. She loves Pedicures now, but will only let Q Nails touch her feet.
Don’t come here they are very unsanitary. I saw her reuse an exfoliator scrub that she picked up from the floor on top of a broom and duster and sprayed it with alcohol you could see the scrub was very dark and dirty. When I asked if they reuse for each client they stated yes and if you wanted a new one you have to pay $3 extra for it. There are no covers in the sink. You can tell they don’t sanitize their tools properly. She cut me twice. Infections are definitely a thing and is something I’m worried about now. How is this place still opened. I will never be coming here again.
They say they have “walk-in” service but told me on multiple occasions that I needed to come back in a few hours because they were too busy - once or twice is okay but this happened about 10 times. When I got my eyebrows waxed one time, the lady that did them tore skin off my face and I was bleeding. It seemed like she was intentionally trying to hurt me. I’ve never experienced such a thing. I was balling my eyes out from pain and the tech sat there laughing hysterically at me, making fun of me for crying. I would stay away from these evil women!!!!!!
