I have used them quite a few times and I’ve never not had a bad experience. I only get basic stuff though no fancy nail art, acrylic nails, fake nails, etc. I always use my natural nails and get gel polish for my manicures and they last me about 3 weeks before my nails have grown so far I need them redone. And pedicures are a specialty to me so I always get their highest package but no polish. The place is clean amd staff is friendly

I would have to say, this is the best nail salon out there that does do a FANTASTIC job! But other nail salons provide manicure along with dip for the price and I really miss the hand and arm massage I got from other nail salons during any nail package! I will give it a 5 star for making my hands look fabulous always!

I will never go back. I told the lady I wanted the basic pedicure and she said I wanted more than that . She insisted on the higher pedicure and I finally agreed. She started rubbing this stuff on my legs and I had her to stop because it hurts my legs. I told her to give me the basic. She barely touched the bottom of my feet and rushed through the pedicure. I will never go back . I always tip when I have a pedicure but I sure didn’t this time and it is the first time I have done this. This lady sure needs to learn some manners. River Nail and Spa across from Walmart is so much better. I am not hard to please but I had to write this review so others will be aware of this place.

Don’t waste your time or money. Prices are always different, you will pay whatever they feel like you should for the day. They constantly try to get you to spend more money by getting designs or other services. Telling them no three times is still not enough, they will keep going. Iv known the owner for years and she still hurried through my pedicure and manicure (my manicure consisted of a quick buff with the drill and a clear coat and I rubbed my own lotion in). They are Rude most of the time. It’s gotten very dirty in there. They act like they just gave up and literally don’t care. I’ll never go back again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Horrible experience. All I wanted was my eyebrows shaped and cleaned up. Specifically said do not thin them. I walked out of there with eyebrows you can't even really call "eyebrows" looks like someone took a pencil and drew a line. I atleast want them to look like cousins, they don't even look like they know each other! Don't waste your time ,money,or eyebrows on this place!!!

Q-Nails was very professional and kind, but there nails were of very low quality. I had them on for less than a week and they were already falling off. Then when I went back to get them fixed they charged me $5 to fix ONE nail.

This place is amazing! I went from nail salon to nail salon and then I found this wonderful place! This nail salon is not only really nice on the inside they make sure we as customers are well taken care of!

I have been here twice and will not be back. Last night 6-29-15, I went in for another pedicure. It was 30 minutes before they closed. I was the only customer. When up go in for a pedicure you want to relax and enjoy it. Not here. The whole time they were vacuuming and cleaning. They even had my nail tech stop working on me for a minute so they could mop where we were! It was so noisy the whole time. Once they were done cleaning, 30 minutes later, they all stood around laughing and talking very loud in their language. I felt so uncomfortable and unappreciated as a customer. My daughter nor I will ever go back again.
