Love Phillip and his staff! The store is always so clean, great color and service collection. So nice! I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to return. They also did my wedding nails and bridal party in 2021. LOVE them all!

I had a great experience at Pure Lux yesterday. John did an amazing job and it was easy to communicate with him. Would definitely go back! I also thought the pricing was very reasonable.

My favorite nail place! Great manicure and pedicure. They also offer you a glass of wine or water. Last time I was stretching my neck and they heated up a neck wrap for me. Just above and beyond customer service.

Shout out to Tony at Pure Lux!!! He is an amazing nail technician. Tony truly cares about his client during the full service. He genuinely cares about his profession and does an amazing job. I have not had the best experience lately and going to get my nails done has felt like a job and hasnt been relaxing due the service at other nail salons rushing their technicians to supply and demand. KUDOS to Phillip for investing in his team and creating the culture. Tony thank you so much for great service and being a kind human. "In a world where you can be anything, BE KIND!"

I've been a customer on and off for years and always liked this place but I just haven't been happy with my nails lately. This last dip manicure my tech seemed rushed and did a sloppy job. After leaving I noticed that multiple nails were smudged and not done right. This tech also used the dremmel tool literally over the top of my cuticles and hurting my fingers. Pure Lux is not what it used to be.

I’ve been holding back this bad review for almost a year now and I’ve continued coming here even after several, not so great experiences with the owner. Every time I go to have my eyebrows waxed, I want them done a specific way and he does not listen to me and tells me what I he thinks he should do and proceeds to do it how he wants and not to trim or thin my brows as I ask. (But Jamie there will, she’s excellent!) every time I have said I do not like them, and he says it’s the “angle”. I don’t think so. They should look good from all angles! He moves my head around like I’m some kind of mannequin and every single time I have had wax still on my face. Enough is enough and after a long year I think I’ve finally learned my lesson. $13 for pain and to be tossed around like some old doll, disrespected, wax on my eyes, and not even listened to?? I’ll take my money somewhere else.

I made an apt and took my mom and 4 nieces all at one time. Everyone had a mani/pedi. The staff were so kind and made it such a wonderful experience for the girls. They made our whole afternoon extra special. Highly recommend.

I took a picture of what I wanted and I got this. It's very close and I do love it. Only thing I did not like was the price. I also ask for glow in the dark, and these do not glow ????. The girl who did my nails was sweet and very talented. I'm overall happy. ❤️
