I’ve been going to Lindsay for years and my hair looks perfect every time. When I started going to her, I had almost black box dye in my hair and she brought my hair to my dream platinum (it took several sessions to get to that point, this wasn’t done in one day). This time last year I asked her to put purple in my hair and I’ve been obsessed with it since! The color always comes out exactly how I want, and is the most beautiful shade of pastel purple.
I’ve always been a satisfied customer at Puccini's and love the staff. They deliver quality work and service. Sal is always so warm and welcoming, he will go out of his way to make sure you have a fantastic experience.

I called urgently in the morning for their same day availability, and the staff was super helpful. He helped me by updating several times to inform the best time slot that works for us. I eventually had a haircut at my desired time! The hairstyle I wanted is actually simple but my hair is very thick and not easy to be done. The lady who cut my hair was very sweet! She told me every step before she will do anything with my hair. At first I was a bit nervous, but it turned out great and I love it! (all my friends complimented my beautiful hair a lot) ????
Lindsay was great! My haircut only took about 40 minutes and was very professional, comfortable, and efficient! She consulted and walked me through each step of the process and made sure I really loved my cut before I left! She immediately understood and was able to replicate my reference pic! Very affordable, very great overall!
I am not that familiar with Oakland, and I could not find this shop. I called and asked for directions right at noon, when my daughter's appointment was scheduled for. The shop owner actually left the shop and went out on the sidewalk, phone in hand, to direct me to the shop and to try to direct me to a parking place. I thought that was beyond the call of duty. Very kind of him. Also, yesterday, when my daughter called to see if she could get an appointment, Mr. Puccini fit her in today. Also very kind of him because the shop was busy. My daughter loved her haircut. This place deserves all of the good reviews it has received.
Edit-the owner is accusing me of lying and faking these pictures. This is the most absurd, rude, and disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. After messing up my hair at least have the dignity to take responsibility and own up to your mistake.
Haircut is not at all what I asked for. Showed pictures of my exact haircut on my own hair and not only did my cut turn out uneven it looks nothing like what I asked for. I went in to get it leveled and parts of it are still uneven. I thought maybe it had just dried weird but after a shower the next day this is the worst haircut I have received. First time visiting after trying to find just the right salon, it is an amazing and genuine salon, I’m so glad I found them! Tammy was so great and so knowledgeable! Highly highly recommend Puccini hair no doubts. :)
the front desk dude rushed me in because there would be a rush. um got there, and it was nearly empty. after haircut, my back was wet? unprofessional and needlessly pushy.
update: wow, "offered to help"? i don't remember you offering help while snipping at me about a 20 minute walk. you could have just said no, so i could have found a better service elsewhere
