I've been to Pro Nails before and had a good experience, so thought I'd try them out again on Sat., for a pedi/mani for Easter. Not sure what happened, but the very next day most of my polish came off my nails, and left to attend church with my nails looking wretched. The worse part was the attitude and lack of customer service I received when I went back (on Easter) to remedy the situation. Since my faith in getting a good mani at this point was lacking, I asked the person who helped me if I could get a refund, which was quickly refused. This person was very rude and very disrespectful and said I could wait, but she had 3 waiting and everyone else had a customer. One would think they would want to show me and the others listening that they stand behind their work and that they would be apologetic and try to help me as quickly as possible. That was not the case, so I was left with no choice but to file a dispute for this payment with my bank so as to get my money refunded to me. I definitely prefer not to spend my hard earned money on shoddy work and even worse customer service. I will never go back!

I’m way too disgusted to even look at my hands right now. Completely rushed my fill in with gel polish. Now I have to find someone to fix this mess. The lady with the brown curly hair...ew. You’re not built to be a nail tech, find a new gig. I’ve never had nails look this bad.

Very friendly and reasonable price

I've been getting my nails done here for almost two months. The service is normally very good but if you have an issue managment will take care of it.

Most of the technicians are great and thorough with their work. I've never had a product or service pushed on me, which I appreciate. The manicures and pedicures always come out great.

This place barely gets one star from me. This place is extremely unprofessional, rude and absolute no value for their customers.

My first bad experience was a couple weeks ago when I wanted my eyelashes done. I showed up and they asked me to come back because it was alittle busy. I returned four hours later and the owner had me waiting for 35 minutes to get my lashes done. I asked again when anyone would be getting to me, she told me I had to keep waiting. She didn't even look at me when saying this. I was disgusted by the unprofessionalism and complete disregard for my time. The second time was today when I went to get my lashes done yet again, I unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt. The door says the salon opens at 9:30a, I walked in at 10:15a and there was only one person there. There was one more customer there who said " they are not here yet". I sat where the lady told me to, to wait for my lashes to get done. I was waiting again for almost 15 minutes as she walked around and dusted tables. I asked her" Should I come back?", she told me " You can if you want."

Absolutely disgusting, overprices, rude and ABSOLUTE UNPROFESSIONALISM. I would never recommend this nail salon to absolutely anyone who values their time and reputable customer service. They need a lesson or two in achieving customer satisfaction. Quality not quantity.

Waited 15mins for someone to say something to me. Then sat in the pedicure chair with room temperature water for 30 mins waiting for service. During this time no one said anything to me. There's no sign showing prices. No one checks up on you while you just sit in a chair for 30 minutes with any update on how long I will be waiting. I left without any type of service. Not enough workers. Not interested in returning and definitely don't recommend.. Almost an hour wasted for nothing.

Jennifer did my nails, she did a great job! I got gel nails with foil wrap design and gel pedicure. It’s going on 4 weeks and the nails are still holding up! Keep up the good work Jennifer! The receptionist was nice as well!

I came here for the first time and after waiting with my feet in the water for my pedicure for at least 40

minutes, the nail tech scrambled and rushed my entire service. Additionally, my gel full set was incorrect despite constantly showing her pictures to ensure the right color was chosen. My design didn’t last longer than a day and overall I had to come in two days later for a previously scheduled appointment to have them fixed. I waited for a HOUR and 40 min to be seen. Never returning and if you care to read this much then do not come
