Got a manicure on Tuesday, polish was coming of on Friday asked if they could fix the 2 nails and was told I'd have to pay
Had to pay three days later for another shop to repair. Would not recommend
Super overpriced and low quality nail polish. I'm from out of town and rushed to get them done on a lunch break. They used some kind of polish brand I'd never heard of and within two days my gel polish was already chipping off. The acrylic nail part is also chipped on a few. If you do come here make sure they use a good polish brand on you.
Have been so used to Bobby doing my pedicures. Since they let that young African American girl work there she is NASTY on the phone. And I mean NASTY. If you want your pedicures done correctly, go next door or to Kennys. That new girl’s attitude STINKS. I guess that Princess needs her crown straightened! I heard the rumors about her but didn’t want to believe it. Just hung up the phone with her and she is NASTY. I’m still in shock from the interaction. I’m telling you, if you value your freedom and don’t want to deal with major attitude and lackluster pedicures… DO NOT GO HERE! If you do… come back and post so I can say I told you so.. and treat you to a proper pedicure next door or at Kennys.
I’ve been going to princess nails since 2002 for my eyebrows. The owner Michelle is amazing. She’s older so she takes her time, but she makes sure her job is perfect! I haven’t found anyone who can do my eyebrows like Michelle. She’s only increase the price twice in the last 15 years. I gave it a four because I would not get my nails done there unfortunately but Michelle is amazing.

Do not go... As previous customer said: rushed service, unclean equipment, over-priced (he charged me $20 even it says $15 for manicure online). He is not wearing gloves when he’s doing my nails and his hands are not clean either. When he did my nails, he just sprayed something on the applications and used them to cut my nails... who knows where it was used before. The environment/room is not clean either — dust on the machine. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for decades. Please don’t waste your money here. You are not gonna enjoy the experience. Every minute I was there, I wanted to get out. This was the worst manicure experience I’ve ever had in my life.
