My daughter-in-law & I both had deluxe pedicures the other day & mine was the best pedicure I’ve had in my 70+ years! Tony has great pressure & the product was perfect. Only problem is that they’re getting so popular that it’s impossible to get in w/o an appointment - In other words, no “Walk-ins Welcome”!! But that equals great job!!
Had an appointment here today and left feeling amazing! I haven’t had Acrylic nails in years and the gentleman who helped me was beyond helpful. Gave me suggestions and made sure I was happy each step of the way. I will definitely be back again!
I rarely get my nails done bc I do field work and they were a wreck when I came in. I left feeling so good about them and pampered. My first time having a French manicure with shellac.
Tony and Tina were very good and very reasonably priced. We enjoyed our pedicures.

I enjoyed my experience here. The Owner and employees were very polite to me as a walk in and new customer. I felt happy and comfortable.
I had Natalie as a nail tech, and I think she was super sweet, and did an excellent job on my feet and toes, she is very sweet, and did a wonderful job!
Johnny, The owner was nice, and very friendly and helpful. The massage chairs are a definite bonus. Loved! Get the hot wax paraffin foot treatment, it was so nice..!!!????????????????????????
I spoke with other customers while i was there that said they have been going here a long time and love it..!! PRETTY NAIL AND SPA offers cold drinks, tv, massage chairs for pedicures, nice environment, good ventilation, and clean place. I am a happy new customer..!!! No issues at all!!!!!

I’m from New Mexico, but every summer me and my husband Jeff visit Oregon for a month. This is the first time I’ve been to this nail salon, and it was such a wonderful experience! Tony did my pedicure, and he did such amazing job. He really took his time, and even massaged my feet. He really cares about what he does, and his work shows! He is also very pleasant to talk to. This is the type of place to put down the cell phone and take time to talk to these awesome people. I’m only on my phone now writing this review. The most difficult part about coming here is trying to pick out a color, because there is a huge selection to choose from. If I could rate this place 10 stars or above, I would. I do recommend making an appointment, because they do get busy, but it’s a top notch salon and worth booking ahead.
This will be the only nail salon in Albany that I’ll go to. Why fix something that isn’t broken, right?

I had my nails dipped and it was the worst service I have ever paided for. They didn't use new files. And the dip chipped in 24 hours. The dip was very un even and the shape of my nails looked like a kindergarten had done it.
The guy working (I think he's the owner) did my nails and he was amazing! He's a perfectionist! He didn't like the way one nails top coat was so he redid it without me even asking! I would 1000% recommend them to everyone
