Sejal was AMAZING. Very professional and so pleasant. I had a Brazilian wax and she took great care of me. I will definitely look for her to do my waxing!

Serviced regularly for brow threading w/ tint and upper lip threading; they always do a good job, and I receive tons of compliments on my brows daily.

The young woman that took care of me was very rude. The thread was rough. My eyebrows are now uneven. The left is now thinner than the right one. For some reason she kept asking if I was done and she walked away from me to take care someone's lashes. I waited 10 mins just to pay.

What a horrible experience! Unprofessional and a rush job! I know the owner and the additional locations associated with this location. Preet this is not a good representation of your business. I was treated horribly and the service was below average. I will make sure to share with not only the public but family/friends/colleagues to never patronize this organization.

First and last time going! Went to get my lashes and my eyebrows done. With my eyebrows she literally took like 3 mins and she said she was done she left them super thin and had no shape. My eyelashes were small even thought she said they were medium not to mention they came off the moment I got home

Update: I called to kindly ask for my refund and the moment I said refund, she hung up the call. I tried calling her several times until she finally answered and told me to call her back in 5 mins. She ended up calling me back and told me she will not refund me any money back because she said apparently it was my fault the eyelashes came off because my eyes were watery. They are very unprofessional don’t go there and waste your money!

If you are looking to get your eyebrows shaped and waxed by a professional please, DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR EYEBROWS DONE AT THIS SHOP….. I knew something was wrong when I came in on a Friday and it was empty I thought, hey I can get in and out!!!

Ha!! that’s exactly what I got a rush sloppy job … One eyebrow is bigger then the other

I ask for a tint and it looks like she used a dark Crayola marker to fill in my Super uneven noticeable eyebrows. When I say

I will NEVER come back ; I mean that with a heavy heart please don’t let them ruin you eyebrows !

Khushi is the best ! And very clean and friendly and I don’t be having to come every week she does to the point where I won’t have to come for 3 weeks highly recommended I love this place
