My favorite nail salon i’ve ever been to. Lee is so sweet, funny, and does a perfect job every single time. She takes her time to make sure the length and shape each nail is the same. My most recent trip in, I came with a picture and a specific idea in mind and she absolutely nailed it. The paint job is always pristine and the acrylic is smooth and never bubbles. And the prices are reasonable. Love her!!!
I have worn acrylics for about 12 to 13 years. I've grown to be a little particular about nail salons. I love having an attentive, delightful person working with me, and Le (Lee? Sorry, I'm unsure how to spell her name properly, I didn't ask) was exactly that. She was transparent about timing, very open about any limitations (not that there really were any, just if I wanted heavily designed nails, it would be best to provide a picture, and the shape I wanted might be a bit tricky because I also wanted short nails), and she was an absolute peach to talk to!
The salon itself is clean, open, and beautifully designed.
AND THERE IS NO NAIL SALON SMELL?!?!! It's mind-boggling!
Not only did she do a remarkable job, but she was so warm and welcoming, I can't wait to go back.
I live almost an hour away, but I now refuse to go anywhere else. I mean, these are PERFECT! I'm so happy I just happened by them!
I included a very blurry picture, but that's the only way I could get the prismatic effect to really show. These nails are stunning.
Lee and the girls at Platinum are so incredibly phenomenal! My nails are always begging for attention after long stretches away from home and I really feel best when I leave Platinum. And the massages that come along with each treatment are just… no words. So amazing! I can’t imagine going anywhere else!
Let me tell you it has been very hard for me to find a place where they can do the nails the way you want it!! This is the place!! Anything you guys want they won't make it work for you!! Ally did an amazing job! I truly love the design and love my nails!!
This place is amazing! They do a great job on gel acrylics and pedicures. I definitely would recommend :)
Was there a couple of times now, Lee and Chinh are always exceptional. Lee does outstanding nails and Chinh never disappoints with foot massages. They also have so many reasonable services of the pedicure. The place itself is worth visiting, neat, clean, and very well decorated!
The girl asked me lots of question and make sure we were on the same page.
The polish is garantie for 2 weeks if it goes off. If the nail brake, that is not.
So I had a french gel manicure and the pedicure was a special one. It worth the price. They are not more expensive then the other places.
Really clean and the decor colours are nice.

Everyone that works there is amazing! Always so clean and welcoming. I love coming here to get my nails done. I am so impressed and happy with my nails every time I leave.
