Went there for the first time in like 3 or so years, great experience and service, people there welcoming and patient with my cut style. Had anthony and couldn’t like the guy any more. All in all great experience and cut, will be seeing this place again in the future.
Emilio does an incredible job with beard trims, fades, and buzz cuts. Has never nicked or scratched me once. The entire staff and facility is also very clean!

Made a call to get in for my sons haircut. Was told to come over and they would cut his hair and as soon as we got there which was 10 min early! He was told no. We can’t we a re going home. Wow. Just wow. Def will not be going there ever again. Wasted my gas and time for nothing. Poor Customer service.
Carlos at Platinum Fades took care of us after hours. Me and my friends were here from out of town and we didn't walk in to start our hair until almost 8:30 and he did it haircuts with a great attitude I had a great experience. Would recommend Carlos if you are looking to get hooked up
If I could rate this experience a zero I would. To clarify this rating is for a particular barber. Eder thought it was professional of him to cancel at the last second. Yes literally walking in was the appointment canceled! Waste of my time and money. The drive was 30 minutes!! He could have had some decency to cancel at least an hour before. But he thought his time was more valuable than mine. At this rate Eder will be losing clients like flies. I will never recommend anyone to him. And I hope the owner takes this review into consideration as well.
My barber is the youngest guy there, so he's learning. But he's really good for a beginner, I think it's becuase the advice he gets from the rest of the great barbers there ! ????????????????????
You want to get a great haircut. Come here to this location. But keep in mind they close at random. Sometimes two hours early. Which is inconvenient. They inconsistently take debit cards. So bring cash to be safe.
The service area of the shop needs to be improved. Such as the greeting when you arrive. I understand they are all busy, but they should at least follow their sign in sheet and call the next person on the list. It’s inconsistent with those employed there. People walk in after me (with out an appointment) and they get taken first to get their hair cut. And if you do decide to “reserve” for a haircut appointment, they charge you more for holding that appointment. As well as not honoring the appointment. They can be busy with someone else and they make you wait.
These are some of the complaints I have. They definitely have skill here, I’m just writing this so they can see it and improve, and others know what to expect as of now of the writing of this review.
Great service here. All about the customer. Relaxed vibes. HUGE barber shop as the expanded their shop taking over the other building next to them ( looks amazing). TVs and music played in the background to keep you entertained as well. I get so many compliments on my haircuts from this place. Always leaving the shop satisfied and feeling fresh. 10/10 stars if i could.
