I’ll take a HARDCORE pass on spending my coins here…. Blonde woman is pretty rude. The prices on certain things are astronomical… I think y’all’s lost your minds… I’d be HAPPY to drive across town to pet smart and spend my coins there. I hate to throw race into it but it seems like if you go here and have shade to your skin don’t expect good service. Don’t care, I’m happy to shop somewhere else… ????????♂️????????♂️????????♂️
It's pretty expensive honestly. The stores laid out well the staff is helpful everything just seems to be overpriced
Terrific selection of products. Well-stocked shelves. Michelle was very helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly.
Michelle and Ray immediately greeted us and determined what we needed. Ray hypnotized our brand new 6wk old blue-heeler which had been anxiously looking for it's siblings...calmed him to sleep! and found the totally correct sized harness for the little guy. Michelle found us a security gate and helped with questions regarding vaccines and other new puppy health issues. This is a well stocked store with professional and friendly help...highly recommended.
The girls were so helpful, helping me find everything I needed for my new puppy. They even held her while I shopped. I will definitely go back.
I bought a cat ladder at Petsense in Los Lunas and my cats LOVE it!!
They were super helpful, we had a lost dog from Belen and they read her chip and helped us get Lily back to her owners. Thank you all at Petsense!
The place is very nice and clean. The employees were friendly but they had some friends that came inside so they were more focused on talking to them then dealing with us.
