Started coming to this barbershop six months ago and haven’t gone anywhere since. Doesn’t matter who’s cutting my hair, they all do an excellent job! They even gave my kid’s first cut, and they did a great job with him too and they were very patient with him; he’s only 21 months old.
I have been coming to Patrick's Barber Shop since I move to San Diego in 2017. Eddie, Mike and Patrick are some awesome people. The hospitality is great, you are greeted when you walk in and are even offered a beverage at times. I have been getting my haircut with Eddie since 2017 and even though I now live in Mission Valley, I still make sure to drive out to Lakeside and get my haircut at this Barber Shop. You guys are doing a great job! Thank you so much for the great service.
If I could give Patrick's barber shop on Los Coches in El cajon California six stars I would. I've been having my haircut there for about a year and a half now. The attention to detail and precision is wonderful. I think I get the best haircuts in my entire life.
Patrick's I believe is the finest barbershop in all us East County, San Diego.

I walked in at around noon. Barber asked me what I wanted. I pulled my phone out to show the barber what I wanted. Before even showing him what I wanted he said, "I see you have long hair, we only do fades here. Sorry." I wanted something with a fade but the vibe I got from him was that he didn't want to have to deal with my hair so I just walked out. If it were busy, I'd totally understand but there was no one else in there when I went.
My first barber cut since the start of the pandemic. I must admit these guys do a whole lot better than I! It was well worth the money. Made me look as good as a haircut could do. (They don't do plastic surgery.)
Took us as a walk in and were friendly, professional, and really did fantastic work. Shop was clean and sharp looking, will definitely be back!
Stopped by and had Michael cut my hair. Very professional and knows what he is doing. Barbershop looks great and clean they also provide beer and water. Great job buddy would definitely recommend this place !
