TERRIBLE—DO NOT GO HERE!

First time at this location and immediately when I walked in I had reservations. It was a strong acrylic smell like it was 1995 and the place is not clean and or updated. The lady did take me in as a walk/in on Good Friday. The Husband did my toes and it was terrible but looked good visually…however the experience was sub par at best. Then we get to the nails…I asked for a shilac MANICURE and noticed it was not very long —so I ask are you going to cut my cuticles? SHE gave some excuse as to why I shouldn’t…then I kept complaining and she said I charged your for a color change. That’s not what I asked for! Now the lady before me ALSO complained about her manicure and the owner just dismissed it line she did mine! So I pointed out obvious cuticles and this chick had the audacity to use HER NAILS versus a utensil to cut…and looked at me and said gone! I asked her if she was serious!!! I truly had to control my reaction. DO NOT GO HERE—-WASTE OF MONEY! And I’m not even a fan of reviews but this was necessary. The pictures are at 11:36pm and I left there at 8p.

I left a great review about a week or two ago for this business on my own account. I am now leaving one from my mom’s gmail. Last time they did a great job. This time, I can’t say the same. I was getting a fill in and color change when she put the product, I think glue on my nails and it started to burn very badly. I told her multiple times it burned and it seemed she didn’t care until I texted my mom to come in. My mom came in and I repeated the issue and it was then when she appeared to care. The other lady put a product on my nails to stop the pain. It stopped for about 30 seconds then came back. I told the man employee that it didn’t burn last time I was here so the other woman must use different products and he just said, “No we all use the same products here.” It burned so badly that me and the employees agreed that I come back another day. I changed my mind and said I wanted to continue today as I don’t know if I will have time another day soon but the woman who did my nails didn’t listen. My mom paid 15 dollars and we left. I don’t think they’re a bad salon, I just think she should’ve stopped when I originally exclaimed my issue. It was nice going there the first time. I am at least glad I had a good experience last time I went there.

My toes look like my 6 yr old niece did it. They said they will fix it. I will update this rating thereafter. The older gentleman should not be doing nails.

Got my nails done here today and it was a wonderful experience. They kindly accept walk-ins!

Not my first choice bt if you do go in "ask for Ann" she does good work... I like my black tips because they work well with everything and when I want a design Ann is the only one who does them right
