Friendly service, great coffee

I’ve been to Olivia’s multiple times and never had a bad experience. The customer service is outstanding, a great selection of cocktails and they always has a good environment to walk into. Would recommend visiting any time.

Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Staff are all lovely and friendly. I haven’t had a cocktail I haven’t loved yet. Definitely check it out if your in Skegness!

Went to Olivia's while having weekend away,my partner went to order cocktails,the young girl that served him had long hair and glasses she was very rude. Others went to the bar after us and they were all served before us. I went to see if ours were coming and she was stood doing nothing and talking to another barstaff,when asked if ours were coming as by this time we had a taxi arriving. She replied yes and we will bring them to you when ready,but still we were waiting 5 minutes. By this time my partner wasn't in the mood for his,so wouldn't recommend when certain staff are on.

Fabulous cocktails and staff very friendly

Lovely place for some great chat and fantastic drinks. Bar staff were instantly inviting and chatty.

Might look all nice from the outside, but I’m absolutely disgusted by the customer service here. The staff are so so rude! I do not recommend this place what so ever. I was sat with my drink and I split some on my table, a woman with brown hair came over to help clean it up, she was huffing and puffing loudly so I could hear making it extremely obvious. As she walked back she was mumbling under her breath. The rest of the time I was there I was getting horrible looks off her. Never again will I go back to this awful place. Don’t make the place look nice unless you have friendly staff.
