Advised it was a 1 to 1 hour 15 delivery time. At 1 1/2 hours I call to be advised it’s another going to be another 15 minutes. At 2 hours I call and am told the driver is on his way. Still waiting….. not a good service this evening and the offer of money off the NEXT delivery when this one hasn’t even arrived is ridiculous. Disappointing. Just be honest and let me decide if I want to wait over two hours for a take away. Don’t take my money and then leave me waiting.
I love Chinese food and here it is cooked very tasty.
Enjoyed my meal the rice was not really to my liking as I like white rice and their rice was quite dark
If you my friend don’t mind only salt and pepper and fake sweet and sour flavouring followed by the emptiness in your soul as most of the food that they serve has no flavour then go for it, I can understand if they are toning the flavours down as they live next to an estate and their audience probably enjoys the bland taste of nothingness but other than that don’t waste your money.
Ps. The person that said “best ribs in Kent by far” on the reviews, YOU MUST BE SMOKING SOMETHING Extraterrestrial, Because I ordered the same ribs as well and I did not taste the same.

Okay food but when you call up they always say they cannot hear you but it's actually them that is noisy and busy. They get order wrong too as cannot hear what you are saying. They never seem to learn this. All they need to do is have phone in a different location to the kitchen.

Friendly delivery Guy, but the food was absolutely disgusting..Luke warm, slimmy under cooked mess! To make matters worse when I rang to complain I was told he would speak to the so called "Chef" to decide about a refund, No return phone call.
My recommendation to you is to avoid.(ignore the 1 star it wouldn't let me post without it)
1st time ordering on recommdation. Much more expensive than our usual Chinese but we werent too fussed. Took an hour and half to arrive, we were quoted an hour. Usual "he's on the way" when we called to query.
9 chicken balls instead of 10. No chips. Food stone cold congealed mess. Sweet sour sauce has been diluted from what other places use and it was brown??? Hoisin sauce definitely wasn't hoisin.
Rang to complain and they said it was our fault as we live 3 miles away and so it gets cold (they do t use insulated boxes like other places do). If they had said when we ordered they were incapable of delivering hot food to us we wouldn't have ordered. They offered to recoil and send out again. Quicker this time? We refused, asked them to collect and refund us. Ordered from borstal instead who got to us within 20 mins piping hot. Took noble another hour to collect our order.
Had a chinese with my daughters last night. It was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Never had a bad meal from here. Shop all covid secure. Will definitely go again.
