Los is the man!!! Best cut and shave I've had in years!! Absolutely perfection ????!!
Without boring to details, I have to move for work every few months so I have to always find a new barber and have been all over the US. That being said, I probably got the best haircut I've EVER had today from Carlos! So stoked! Feels awesome!! And yeah I also don't ever leave reviews lol.
Went in today after booking an appointment with Los yesterday. He was right on time for my appointment. Very organized and clean shop. Friendly guy with a detailed mindset. Meticulous cut, great conversation and my new barber. Highly recommended.
I finally got to hit up New Englands Cuts barber shop in Agawam. I must say I was beyond blessed to get to see and old friend and by far the best barber around or at least ive ever used. Carlos the owner and barber killed it man. My fade was on point, the service was perfect, and hit me with a hot towel at the end after my line up. I was beyond relaxed and the atmosphere was flawless. Thank you Carlos so glade

Don't Go Anywhere Else
I'm new to the area and I was actually going to go to a different barber up by me in West Springfield. I called Carlos to see if he had openings and the man had great customer service skills. I'm also in the CS industry so I cancelled that other appointment and gave Carlos my business. Didn't regret it one bit. The atmosphere was laid back, but they were very attentive and professional, it was everything I needed from a neighborhood shop. I'll be back.
I come to the shop every time when I have to freshen up, my man Carlos always does a fantastic job. Look good feel good, and this is the place to come to for that! Interviews, nights out etc. I’m ready to live it up after a fresh cut from New England Cuts
Carlos has been my friend and barber for the last 11 years. Every time i walk in the door i always feel welcome. Carlos always gives 100% effort and it reflects in the haircut. He is detail oriented and makes sure you are completely satisfied with his product. He always works around my busy schedule which is hard to find. He is an expert when it comes to fades, tapers, lineups, etc. His best asset is making you feel confident and look professional no matter what your hairstyle is. New England Cuts has plenty of parking and is in prime location. I look forward to going to the barbershop for years to come and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a barber.
This is by far the best place I have gotten my hair and beard cut and trimmed in western MA. The shop is super clean and the owner is professional. This is one of the best fades I’ve gotten since moving back from Manhattan. Call ahead and make an appointment with Carlos, you won’t be disappointed.
