Worst place ever!! I will never return here again! Lady rushed my nails, didn’t give me what I asked for! All around bad service!
Came in to get a manicure. Gel nails came out nice. Update: Went again to get a manicure & wasn't pleased. The lady cut my nails extremely short to the point where it made my nails hurt. Went to get a pedicure. It was okay. Nothing spectacular.
Im writing this because I witnessed the most rude customer service experience ever! I was there Monday and some lady (super super nice polite and sweet) showed them her nails from her service with them that Saturday right before. One of the nail techs even confirmed they remembered her. The simply asked if they could re do/fix the nails. Which by the way SEVERAL looked like they’d been ran over with a car.
The man started speaking in his language and with much attitude told the lady he’d fix them for $10 more!
She spend more time out of her life for them to fix what they are responsible for..and they charged her again. I was going to do my nails but after witnessing that no way!
I’m only sharing becuz these salon owners don’t give a damn about us and they know ppl will keep going. so maybe the more we all speak out things may change. And even if they don’t. Let’s not support these businesses that think they can treat us any way they want.
i came in to get acrylic nails. It costed me 55 dollars and they came out horrible. They did a bad painting job. My nails are bumpy. My nails are sideways not even straight. I asked the lady to fix them and she supposedly “did”. Will never come here again. They also did my friends nails. Her nails came out curved. I recommend saving your money and not coming here.

Let me start off by saying this is one of the two nail establishments that i usually visit . That being said this particular experience was horrible ! I went to get a pedicure with the lil bit of me time that I do get away from being a stay at home mom. I called before I came to ask if a certain person was available when I arrived they still sat me down with another person ! I was trying to just enjoy the outing so I let it go ! When I was sat down to get the pedicure I was immediately off put by the amount of flies in the building . I know they can’t control the flies but keeping the door propped all the way open can’t help any . I’m not talking one or two flies .. I’m talking about 50 or more ! I could not relax and enjoy the experience for the fact that all my time was spent swatting flies off of my legs and arms .I left paying 60 dollars for a gel pedicure that wasn’t shaped very well and highly frustrated.. I expect for the experience to be relaxing when paying for a service such as this one . I won’t be back .
OUTSTANDING SERVICE, GREAT PRICES!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! STEVEN DID MY FILL AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!
