Just got a pedicure there. Wish I got the ladies name who did it because she was awesome and would request her next time I go. I definitely will be back.

I’ve been here a few times after it was highly recommended to me by a friend. My nails came out good and the spa was very clean. The reason I’m giving it two stars is for a few reasons. One being, I didn’t get the most friendly vibes from the staff here especially when I walked in. My Nail tech was actually super rude to me and really aggressive with my nails. Second, every-time I try to call and make an appointment they are booked out crazy in advance. While i understand they are busy, unfortunately I can’t give my business to a place that needs me to book out weeks in advance and isn’t friendly towards me. Doesn’t seem like they are willing to work with your schedule. I won’t be returning here for those reasons. Hopefully they become more friendly to their guest and open up the schedule and accommodate a bit more!

I have been coming here for 5 plus years now and have never been unhappy with my nails! This is the best place in Braintree!

Such a relaxing atmosphere. Friendly, warm staff. Great selection of colors for your nails and services for you. Extremely clean and organized. Very accommodating. I highly recommend for your next pampering session.

I had a great experience here! Everyone is so nice and I got acrylic nails that are the best nails I’ve ever had. Truly the best nail salon! I’ve gotten pedicures here before and the private rooms for 2-4 people are awesome.

Today I called for last minute help. I’ll tell you I’ve never been here and only read amazing reviews. Generally I am not one persuaded by reviews but today I was. It was the best thing ever. The owner made an appointment for me today at 1pm. When I got there I was warmly greeted....not only was I blown away by the beautiful facility but the whole atmosphere was welcoming. From the greeting to the ending hand massage and everything in between was great. I’ve been in the customer service business for years and it’s hard to find a place nowadays that cares and treats you proper. This place knows how to do it! Thank you for providing the best service out there along with having skilled technicians. Thank you for a great experience today! I’ll be back

Nails and Spa is the best!! Friendly staff- The owner Jenn is awesome! Definitely followed Covid precautions-place is immaculate both doors open for ventilation! All the employees wearing masks and cleaning everything- I would never go anywhere else !

So glad I stumbled upon this nail salon! The absolute best pedicure I have ever received. Such a long and great massage. I will definitely be back! This will be my new local nail salon!
