Wanted my daughter to remove her own nail polish even though I called in saying we had dip nails and would need to be removed. Kept insisting she do it. When I asked to assist her as my nail tech removed mine for me they finally helped her. Most don't speak or understand English which makes it hard. My nails are uneven and rough spots. Daughters are slightly better but quality is poor. When brought up they just covered with more top coat making when more uneven. Do not suggest at all. Underside is very rough. Will have to go else where to get removed and done.
Absolutely love this nail salon! One of my favorite places to be! The owner, Ling, is an amazing artist, very welcoming and professional. She keeps an awesome team, too! Love the conversation there, would never choose another spot!!
So nice!! Efficient, quick, and my nails are just beautiful!! I got an ombre powder dip which looks so nice on my somewhat rough and stubby nails. I will definitely return!!

Love the ladies of Nails on Ninth. They are friendly and do their best to get everyone done to their satisfaction, and my nails ALWAYS get compliments.
I called, last minute, to see if they could squeeze me in during my lunch hour, they could. She had my nails completed in 30 minutes! What really impressed me is the treatment of their customers. They acknowledged everyone who came in by name. I'll definitely be back for my pedicure. Such a nice experience!!!
Scheduled over a week before. When I got there. They said pedicure. Yes and my nails. Never asked who I was. Got a chair., guy did my toes and explained someone would do my flower on toes. Waited 25 minutes. During this time I watchEd so many people come and go. No appointment. Finally girl came. Did the flower 4 times and wiped it off. Then she did one, dried it. Good? No! Very bad. Blue blob. Took it all off and another girl going to do it. Waited again. More people leaving. Said oh she’s going to do it after my nails now. After nails it got done. One on my finger not good. She did it very fast. She didn’t have time for me! Pay time.$110.00 wow!!! Won’t be back. Well over 2 hours for lousy service.
