First toe nail they cut was cut so far down, I am confident it will become ingrown since it's already digging into my skin while simply walking. She cut it so low that she couldn't even round the nail off with a file afterwards. Once I left to get a better look at the work, I found dry blood all over the right side of my big toe nail, (no surprise)and polish all over my skin around that toe. Extremely sloppy, and looks like a kid free handed my right foot. Polish didn't even reach the bottom of the nail, but was all over my skin on the other 3 sides. Huge chunk of polish peeled off while I gently removed the blood she left along the right side, after cutting my nail below the quick. It's barely been 8hrs since service. Extremely disappointed, and not thrilled about the damage done to the nail. We also paid $81, for two $30 pedicures, after they asked us to choose between a $30 & $45 pedicures. So seems like neither of those costs, add up to what we were charged.
Left foot looks fine, but that doesn't do much good...if the other has to be stripped because it looks so awful, embarrassing, and trashy. Safe to say I'm pretty disgusted with the whole experience, and careless work. Just the way I like to spend my hard earned money to support a local small business, during a global pandemic. Looks absolutely horrible.

While the experience was nice I had to give 2 stars for safety and cleanliness. They reused all of the equipment from the previous client. The tools were pulled out of a dirty and dusty box and the drill bit was FILTHY. My tech kept stopping to take calls and take appointments so the process was longer than it should have been. The ladies were very nice though and if it wasn't for unsanitary practices I would definitely come back when I was back in town. Id rather avoid an infection though.
Employees are nice, friendly and accommodating. Fair prices, good work. Always leave happy.
