Omg if I could give this place a 0 I would. This place has horrible service and customer service. Got a fill done and the next day one nail broke from scratching my back and on nail got a crack on it. I go back thinking that they would fix my nails and make them thicker. They debated and pretended to not speak English. When the lady spoke English the whole time I was getting my nails done. They even said that I would have to pay full price. They stole my time and my money. They we’re extremely rude!

the guy that did my nails kept watching tv he cut me on my finger the nails feel like they are going to fall off they aren’t on right they aren’t even on my nail fully the shape isn’t right they are uneven never again they try to charge you more don’t come here ever lady is very rude and try to steal your money !!!!

As far as the work they did, it was great. I loved how my nails turned out, but there wasn't really anyone there who spoke English, the communication was difficult. The massage chairs they have are old and make a lot of noise and shake you really hard, not comfortable.

Worse place to get nails done, it looks like they were mad and just doing it a lo pendejo ????????

I took my daughter for a filling and they said they charge $40 for filling so I decided to do new nails and pay $60 but end up paying more

My daughter’ 12 year old friend can do a better job than these called “ professionals “ and on top of that they hurt my daughter fingers the lady was doing a face and messing with another client’ 5 year old daughter like if she was her own daughter telling her to stay still and stuff that client didn’t look so happy

They may look nice but they’re not they hate their job you can see it on their results

I didn’t add a picture because my daughter felt bad about me doing a bad review and didn’t let me take a pic ????????‍♀️ I do it so you don’t go and pay $75 or more like we did for ugly nails

Terrible experience. The language barrier did not help. There really wasn't anyone there that spoke English. The Asian guy that did my nails provided horrible customer service, on top of that, he kept speaking to his co-workers in his language and pointing at my direction. Either he talks negatively about his customers (like me) in his foreign language, or he was asking for help...I don't know. Also, he kept trying to scold me and was yelling at me because I kept trying to explain how exactly I wanted my nails done. I must admit I was getting frustrated trying to explain, the asian guy showed no patience or professionalism in trying to understand the way I wanted my nails done. In the end, my nails were crooked and the asian guy was already in a rush to kick me out of the shop. I will never do business with this establishment again.

I seriously wish I could give 0 stars. I’ve been looking for a good nail shop and decided to give them a try. I got a gel pedicure which was okay , he could’ve took his time and did it better but whatever. I then asked for a full set with gel , I already had gel/acrylic on my nails from a previous shop. He kept insisting I get a fill ( I assumed he didn’t feel like doing a full set ) and I finally just gave in. Not only did he rush , he didn’t apply the gel properly, it was super sloppy , he kept stopping to watch the tv and text , he kept pushing my hands instead of actually talking and on top of alll of that literally an hour after getting my nails done one broke. The day after another broke. This is seriously ridiculous. There is absolutely no reason why my nails should be breaking already. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. They’re unprofessional, rude and quite frankly do horrible work.

My experience was good. The place was clean and comfortable. I showed the lady a pinterest snap and she hooked me up. The price was reasonable and I'll totally go back.
