I was a walk in and did not have to wait at all before they helped me, and made my nails beautiful!! Highly recommend, I took picture of the nails I wanted online from Pinterest and they were able to re create look and I think they did a better job than the pic I showed them to go by. Never had a bad experience at this salon whereas you might have at other salons :)

I have been going to nail Tek for years and I have only had my nails done, which were always great..however 2 weeks ago I made my first pedicure appointment and it was anything but great. A gel pedicure is $50 which is absolutely ridiculous but then add the expenses of the infection that could have costed me my toe. The lady doing the pedicure knew what she was doing hurt, and she also knew I was diabetic but she literally dug a hole in the bottom of my toe. The next day it was swollen and the skin was oozing and looked burnt. This has taken two weeks for the infection to go away and the skin is beginning to heal but still hurts. Picture is next day and if your squeamish don't look.

I took my sister to get pedicures and I got a full set. My sister said her tech was rough. The lady that did mine was really rough and it hurt alot, not relaxing. She cut the skin around my toes and fingers and burned me with the towel. Was very rough. By the time i got home (maybe 30 mins after i left, my nail polish on my feet was all messed up, it was fine when i left the salon and the polish was dry, my tech even checked it). My full set came out a bit wierd. Nails are different lengths and not same shape, different thickness as well. Unhappy considering i paid $140 including tip and didn't receive a very great service. I want a refund so i can go elsewhere and have this fixed. I've never had an issue with this salon prior to now, they've always done great work so this is really upsetting for me.

Update as of 12:40 pm, I've asked for a refund they have declined and so I am filing through bank. They were incredibly rude on the phone.

I came in for a pedicure and they are really rough with your feet and just throw them around like a rag doll. The girl who did my pedicure talked to me to find out what I wanted and then that was it. Then they all talked to eachother ignoring the three customers they had in the chairs. I have had better service and a better pedicure. And she burned my feet when using the hot towel. I told her it was too hot and said owe and she just kept going.

Asked for a gel manicure. She started drilling my nails down and now my 4 of my fingers are infected. When I told her I didn't want acrylic instead of dusting my hands off or having me wash off the "nail dust" she painted right over top if it. The polish is so uneven and rough from the dust off my nails and now my nails are rough. The gel polish was black and she only painted twice and you can see through. I had polish all over my hands when I left.

The staff here are extremely accommodating and very pleasant. Also there's not a dirty old man working there that's telling dirty old man jokes. I went to another salon in town before going to Nail Tek and I found that very offensive !!!

This place did an amazing job on my wedding nails! They were perfect! The person who did my nails was very polite and friendly! I will be back someday!

Friendly, professional, and fun! They did a great job with my manicure (dip powder) and pedicure (French) for my wedding.
