Always love coming here! Mimi does a great job and makes sure you are getting exactly what you want. Also making sure you are taken care of. The wax and eyebrow/lash service is also amazing. Great place to get all your needs done. I can't wait to go back
So I had been to this place multiple times because it was close to my house…. First time amazing experience with my device however a male “worker” was drinking a can of bud light on the service floor. Didn’t think anything of it because it wasn’t busy in there. But my nails turned out amazing. The second time I went nails turned out amazing, however when I opted for the brow waxing. The wax was too hot and burnt the skin under my brow. I just said I wouldn’t get that service again…. This last time (yesterday) I went there for dip and a plus a toe polish change. “Tony” said that out loud wow you’re big toe is messed up (bruising under my toe nail) then he said I have an infection and that my toe stunk and that there was nothing they could do but paint it… then he rushed and was rude and rough with my hands. The finished product was decent however don’t come to work tired and rude. Will not be back ????
Just tried them for the first time today. Came in on a Saturday around 12:30 and there was no wait! The staff is very friendly and polite. The girl who did my nails really took her time to make them look good and she was very gentle. I got pink and white ombré acrylics for the first time and she did amazing on them! They only use Venmo or cash app for card payments so that was a little confusing, and I was told to send it to the wrong account first so they had to refund me for my first payment. I will definitely take cash next time, but other than that it was great! I will definitely go back, and the pedicures looked amazing, I will have to try it next time!
so i wanted to try a new nail places closer to home and nail talk was the closest to home so i tried it out for the first time today and i took my sister to get her nails done for the first time she is 14 an the dude tony who was doing her nails was very very rude to her in so many ways. instead of him telling her how to lay her hand he was yanking her hand around an twisting her hand very hard. not only that he messed the nails up so bad he didn’t cut them the way she wanted. the lady i got was so sweet and took her time i don’t remember her name but she did so good. so just to let anyone know if you go to this place don’t let tony do a younger child’s nails.
had a wonderful experience here. called in for 3 pedicures. for myself and my 2 kids. by time we got there we decided to add more services on. they were very accommodating. we got everything we wanted and they were very polite and professional. I loved how well they took care of my kids. not many places have the patience to deal with children. but this place was great. they checked if the kids were comfortable, was the water ok, is this too hard, etc. I recommend this place! they did great!
I’m giving the a 5 star because they do great work. I feel it needs to be said their website states the open at 10. I show up at 10 hoping to be done as soon as possible I have a lunch at 2. Every nail tech already had a client and the lobby had 3 people waiting. They open at 7!! I didn’t get done till 1:30. That’s a total of 3 and 1/2 hours!! Time management could be better. But I’ll still get my nails done there I’d just like service to be quicker. I feel like I lost so much of my day!!
As a licensed cosmetologist I do NOT. Recommend this place they’re customer service is okay and all but I got a really bad fungal infection and I’m not the first as you can see by the other reviews . They do not follow sanitation steps properly , and use the same drill bits and tools on people. Use a pencil box for everything and didn’t offer a refund or anything when I reported it to them I don’t know how the state hasn’t came in yet but I most definitely will be reporting them because this isn’t safe at all
I tried not to leave a review but the man hung up the phone on me .. I went to get my acrylic toes done at this location and the lady started off with the a nail file that was already used on another person I asked her if it was new she said yes but obviously it wasn’t .. I asked her the change the nail sanding bit because that was also used as well. I have an infection on my nail toenail nail and it’s from that nail file that she didn’t change. Please be careful and tell them to use new equipment on you at all times a nail file is meant for one customer only!! Their customer service was good and everything but I’ll never go here again just for that.
