Wonderful first time visit. The lady I had took excellent care of my nails and took her time to make them look exactly how I wanted. The place and atmosphere was nice. I was made aware of the price of my nails before she started as well.
I had a wonderful experience here. It was pricier than I thought, but Tina was very attentive and made sure I was 100% happy with them before I left.
Best nail salon! Kim and Katie were amazing, my mom and I got pedicures and they really took the time to make sure we had a very enjoyable experience. If I could give 10 stars I would!
I used to go here all the time and loved it, I recently went back and lots of new employees the one I got couldn't have acted like he didn't want to work if he tried. He huffed and puffed and kept flicking my fingers it was terrible service, very disappointed.
I usually get long acrylics but due to my job now, I’m only able to wear short nails. I was struggling to find someone that does short nails to my liking. Tina did my nails and she did amazing and it didn’t take her long at all. Will be going back for my fill in a few weeks!
I’m not sure what happened to this place, but I will no longer be returning or recommending anyone here. I was here last in July and they did a great job. Today.. not so much. At a quick glance the nails don’t look terrible, but many of the nails weren’t straight and they were not filed correctly. They didn’t trim around the cuticles and every single one of my cuticles are cut. They left acrylic on my skin. I ended up going to a different salon to have them corrected because when I returned and explain I wasn’t happy with the results, they told me I’d have to pay an additional $65 to have them redone. Thankfully the other salon was able to fix them and were shocked they’d even let me walk out like I did!
I made an appointment a couple weeks ahead of time to get a gel French tip mani-pedi as part of my sister's wedding party. I was very happy with the work done by my nail artist. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable. I had a better experience getting my nails done here than my sister had at Kalu on the boulevard where she was charged more for the same services.
Made an appointment for the salon for 6pm mind you I knew they would be busy but that is besides the point. Rushed over to make my appointment around 5:57. Waited waited...knew something was wrong told the one girl did she call my name she said noo waited had 3 people skip over me till I said something. Went up and the other female worker said I should have spoken up (I already had before). She took me and another lady to the pedicure stations made me sit and wait for 20 mins in luke warm water until my nail tech was free. He was nice but the rush and the amount of disrespect towards my time was deplorable. Im just hoping I wasn't ignored for other reasons. Won't be coming back. You tell me if the pictures below are worth $90 and a tip.
