Best nail salon in Lake County, IMO.
The couple (Tom and Kim) owns the salon, and they are the sweetest ! I always feel at home when I come in, which I think makes the experience more personable and relaxing. Anything you want done - they will make it work for you. The techs are always willing to hear your opinion and to make sure that you get the results you are looking for!
Called last minute for Gel fill for my daughter as our normal salon was booked. They got us in with options on times, took us right away, and were super friendly! Quick and clean, we even got a holiday gift even though it was our first time there! Will be going here for services from now on, Tom made us feel right at home!
Nail pro is amazing! Great service, great prices, and very accommodating. I come here every two weeks and I love it. They do the best nails and so many nail polish colors to choose from.

Tom and Kim helped me out a lot with getting my nails done! It was a great experience and I would totally come again. They are very friendly and can do almost any design you ask them for!
I’ve been going to Nail Pro since they opened, but Kim finally talked me into getting a dip instead of acrylic…I’m so happy she did! She’s a wonderful person & is great at what she does!

Amended 11/19/22
I had gone to Nail Pro in the past with good results. Even left them a decent review via Google {which I will be amending} Today was extremely unpleasant and I will not be returning. Tom normally does my nails but due to my profile on Google, he had developed a negative attitude towards servicing me. I thought it was just my imagination however today proved I was right. I had a nail that was lifting which was painful. I informed him of it then in few moments later asked if we were going to take it off. He flipped out on me, informing me that he had done my nails before and knew what he was doing, if I didn't like it Kim could do my nails. I was taken aback by his rudeness, especially as there were other customers in the shop. I said that was fine, but he continued for 3 more minutes to berate me to which I repeated that was fine, I was just asking as it was painful. Finally I shut up so he would stop.
Mid way through the fill, he asked if I wanted them cut down - I said yes- needless to say they did not get cut down and I wasn't going to remind him. I was never shown colors , when asked what color I said dark red, Kim picked some color and handed it to him. I had scheduled a pedicure as well but that was obviously not going to happen. He completed my manicure and I left, never to return.
I understand a business's right to refuse service or if one person is uncomfortable doing my nails, he can say so and send me to another tech. But as a paying customer, rudeness from staff especially the owner is not something I am paying for. Apparently my money isn't good enough. So I will find another shop that isn't so small minded where the owner doesn't have issues with people who are different. I guess the other reviewers who noted this issue were right. Sad...
