I just tried this place at their new location and it was overall a positive experience! Jack did a nice job on my nails, was fast, but paid attention to detail. The establishment is clean and the nail techs are all very welcoming and friendly! I’ll definitely be back!
Very poor quality and service. I was told a different price at beginning of service and paid a much higher price. not to mention my toes are cut very unevenly and i wasn’t even asked if i wanted them cut. she cut to the very nub of my toe. she was so painful with her tools between the digging and clipping away. the exfoliation part was way beyond rough & my color was completely wrong. along with them putting the uv lamp on my foot twice. not impressed at all.
I came in as a walk in, no appointment. Acrylic fill with 4 nails missing. Everyone was super friendly, place was clean, and Jack did an amazing job! Booked an appt with him for 2 weeks from now :)
This was my 2cd visit& couldn’t have been happier to have returned. The 1st experience was good, but my 2cd was excellent. Vinny was the gal who I used, took her time and just did a great job! I did notice her own nails being beautiful- (she said does them herself)& if I were to do French UV would request her again! Clean, modern & very relaxing. Nail Maxx is my new go to place even though a little further from my home( loca places were just horrid)
Horrible service. I was told a cheaper price and Paid $55 without tip. Got the wrong color on my toes, wasn’t asked if I wanted to cut down, didn’t get two coats of polish on my toes and when they rubbed an exfoliant on my legs it irritated my legs and left them stinging. New location but the service was not kept. Highly do not recommend.
