I’m so disappointed,please avoid this place. I’m a very busy person and this was a last moment pedi and mani,I decided to give them a chance..worst mistake ever,I ended up having 2 completely different colors on my pedi and mani.....not explanation at all. Paint all over my fingers,seriously? You charged $50 and can’t even do a right manicure? I’m so frustrated right now. IF I CAN SAVE AT LEAST ONE PERSON WITH THIS REVIEW ILL BE HAPPY.
I stated coming here a year ago for my Lashes and pedicures, Bonnie is amazing, the customer service here is awesome, they acknowledge you when you walk and I have never waited long. I refer my friends and family often. Love this place!
Not happy. I get manicured about once a month and this location does not trim out the cuticle at all. Why? They should ask if don't want it done or at least advise the client that they don't clean out the cuticle..
I went to this place after moving to the area and wanting a new spot.
Bon was nice but she rushed through my set. I have bubbling, red spots and she nicked my finger and made me bleed.
Should have known not to ask her to do my eyebrows but when I did, she gave me a chemical burn with their cheap wax and tinted my eyebrows red. She didn't charge me for the eyebrows but I needed to go to the doctors for the pain.
Please save your money and go somewhere else
The actual manicure and pedicure were well done by the lady in the very front (I guess I got lucky!!). The issue was that (and this is the second time this happened) she rushed through the process and towards the end of the appointment she decided to let me know that I wasn’t an “easy customer”, that she “knows” how to do her job and that I have a “bad vibe”. I was astonished and had no words. Finally, I pointed out to her that as a customer, I had the right to respectfully tell her how short I liked my nails or if my feet are ticklish (which I did at the beginning of the appointment). I couldn’t believe how rude she had been and how forward. I wished I would have read the reviews earlier. I will NOT go back. These people have cero customer service skills and seem to not care at all.

This happened on Saturday that I came to do my nails I came back to get them fix but the way to fixed was to put another color on top. Today monday I came back to ask for a color change because even the color they put 1st wasn't the color I ask, 2nd I got bubbles I didn't pay $50 dollars for this mediocre job.
And the way to fixed it was putting a different color on top which came with bubbles.
Came back to change the color. The lady that seats in the front told the other girl that she needed to charge me or they can put another color in top.
Excuse was is not my fault the nail polish was is bad.
Never again in this place !
The lady in the front RUSHED through taking absolutely no care or time in what she was doing. It took the man behind her the same amount of time to do a full set on someone else as it did for this woman to do my set and a pedicure. I spend $115 dollars there today and now instead of dealing with that place again, I have to go somewhere else to get them fixed. I do not recommend!
Had 10:45 appointment with Bonnie.....she was busy. Brandon stepped in, started and completed my refill and I am still waiting for Bonnie. It's 11:25 and I am still waiting for her. What is the point of making an appointment if your wait time is over an hour.
