Came in and asked for GelX builder nail fill, was told by the young woman at the front desk that they knew how and could accommodate a walk in. I only do natural nails, as I like to keep my nails shorter without all the extras. Once the woman removed the gel that was currently on my nails, she began trying to sell me on acrylic.. saying acrylic is better and healthier than other options. Not knowing any different, I agreed and she put acrylic atop my natural nails. They were HORRIBLE! Attention to detail is severely lacking, as not only was acrylic thick, lumpy, and crooked, I was left with polish all over my skin. They are money hungry and just try to push clients out without taking time to give you what you want. When I told them it was not what I asked for and that I did not like it, they were combative and THEN told me the person who specializes in GelX would be in on Tuesday. I should have been informed BEFORE service began, rather than lying to me just to get my money. Either way, was a disrespectful waste of my time AND $55. Would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Caught a realy bad fungus infection under my thumb nail. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I've been getting my nails done for the past 13 years and I've never gone through something like this.

Nam did my pedicure he did amazing job, he really took his time. I asked for a regular pedicure and i totally got the best experience ever. There prices are super reasonable . Lisa did good with my hands as well.
Okay, so… the negatives reviews uh uh not at all what I received when I walked in today. I was taken by Niem who is the owners daughters. She was amazing! I had a complex nail design I wanted and she had an amazing attitude in getting this done! She was kind, polite and professional. She took this very seriously and that what I needed and was looking for!!!!! I am soooooooooooo pleased with my set! Been looking for a nail tech for a LOOOOOOOOONG TIME and she is it! I also got my feet done as well!
Today is 6.24.22 I came in to get a few things done but wanted eyebrows done first. I didn’t wait long for a lady to come and do my eyebrows and the lady was rude af. I explained to her that I usually have a specific lady to do them. The ppl nowadays are just on some type of drug. I don’t now what is in the f’kn water they drink but it wasn’t needed. Not everyone has I’ll will .
Service was very unprofessional and very poor. The technicians are not trained and are just eager for your money. The quality of the products is very cheap. Please run from this business don't walk.
