Loveeeeee. It was my first time there and I didn’t like the previous place I went to so I set an appointment here. They are all so nice and friendly there! I’m a shy person but they really made me feel welcomed. I had Linn and she noticed my nails were lifting a lot so she fixed them for me. I had also mentioned if she can fix the shaping of my nails since I didn’t like how they came out last time. No hesitation she did so and they are amazing! Definitely would be coming back here again. Love the designs she did on my nails too!

Nice guy who did them and they looked great for a few days, then the Nails started lifting after 5 days! Went back to fix and the fix made it look cracked. I asked for a discount if I came back there for a fill and they said no, you can go somewhere else.

Clean and efficient. They are always very nice. The only place I go get a pedicure. I used to suffer from ingrown toenails, but since coming here, my feet feel always feels good.

Very relaxing atmosphere. I had a pedicure and then a dip manicure. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience since this was my first time there. I'm really pleased. I will definitely be back and I'll be recommending this nail salon to others. Thank you Jack.

I’ve been going here a while, I went to get a dip manicure and I think they hired new staff bc the guy sawed off my cuticle with the drill??????? The dip nails popped off before it even healed. He was super rude the whole time too. Thankfully he did get nice, when I tipped him. Ouch.

Made an appointment with Lynn at 1. Walked in she's not there. They said she had an emergency so Tony did my nails. He does ok. But half hour later in waks Lynn with packages. Her emergency was shopping. She never apologized or nothing. Bad way to run a business.

There are some imperfections, but the guy who did my nails hasn't been at it very long so I am happy to add to his experience. They still turned out super cute and I got exactly what I asked for. I did take a star off because my appt was for 12:30pm and I had to wait until almost 1pm to be seen.

I went to nail elegance on 5/28/22 to get a fill with gel polish. By sat night my nail color was peeling off. They were closed Sunday and Monday for the holiday. I went back Tuesday and told them what happened and the guy told me to pick a nail color so I did. When he was taking my polish off he told me it would be $25! I said wait, what! I said I just got these done 4 days ago and you guy were closed I didn’t make them peel off, I’m not paying for them. He said ok then we use the same color. I said that color is obviously old since it’s peeling off but whatever. So he fixed them. By Tuesday night they were peeling again! I went back Thursday and Lynn was so rude and unprofessional! She told me if I change colors it’s $25! I said why would I pick the same color AGAIN when they have peeled off TWICE! She said well I can’t see you today I have ppl waiting you’ll have to call tomorrow and make an appt! I said so you think it’s ok for me to walk about with 5 nails that don’t have color on them! She said yea I can’t see you today! I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and have never had this happen before! Any other place would have been polite and accommodating to fix my nails THEY messed up at no cost! I will never go back there again or ever spend another penny there! So unprofessional it’s disgusting!
