I wanted a certain nail design and I was told it couldn't be done. But it was done by another technician on me before. I dealt with it. Although I know it could have. I try stepping outside the box and do designs and color. And this is the very reason why I always get no color, gel or design. I just get no color and do it myself. That's exactly what I will do. No extra treatments. Photos what I got vs what I wanted

Hands down the best nail place in Fayetteville! Kim’s my girl! I always leave the happiest customer.

They do a great job and are affordable. Been patronizing there location for almost 10 years. (Except when they are busy... I have no patience when it comes to waiting for nail service) I'll try another location to get in the seat faster.

I walked in right as they opened at 9:30 am on June 17, 2022 asking for an eyebrow wax. I was refused service at that time and was told to come back in an hour. There were no customers in the shop and an eyebrow wax doesn’t take very long. I do understand there was only one lady working that I could see, but it was still very frustrating. Especially when I live 25 minutes away. I will not be returning.

I have used them now for about 6 months. I have always been pleased with their service. I get the shellac nails and they typically stay on 3 weeks. Unless I fiddle with them as they're growing out, they don't come off. My mother goes as well and she too has always been pleased and happily surprised at how good of a job they do.

I have always enjoyed coming here and do believe they do an exceptional job. So this past Saturday I had got a fill-in and a pedicure ... so I went to work on Monday and noticed my polish on one of my toes was off. I ususally don’t have this issue, but anyway today I went in to get it fixed being that I just got them done Saturday, not only did they want to charge me but they also put polish on my nail that didn’t match the rest but tried to convince me otherwise. I will not be returning... will definitely take my business elsewhere.
