The ladies here are always super nice and do an amazing job with my eyebrows!
I usually don’t leave reviews, but this lady messed up my eyebrows so bad, took a whole chunk out, this was the worst experience ever! I will never refer anyone to this place ever, she didn’t even apologize, she told me my eyebrows already had that chunk out, The place that I usually go, I wasn’t scheduled to go to till next week that’s why I decided to go here, but never again! Ruined my whole day, and the part I can’t get past is she tried to tell me that my eyebrows already had that chunk missing, like lady do you really think I would be walking around with a big chunk of my eyebrows missing! Horrible! And I was crying ! She didn’t even apologize!!
Been my eyebrow place for awhile now! Have always had a good experience every time i’ve gone. They’ve always done a great job!! I definitely recommend trying them out!
Mystic Brows has done the best job on my brows I’ve ever had! Their shop is clean and they wear masks and use gloves which I appreciate! This is my new regular spot!
I went in today to get eyebrows threaded, and they did an amazing job! I didn’t realize that they had changed locations until I drove by and saw. They have always done a good job when I go to them, and my brows stay looking nicer longer. It also doesn’t irritate my skin like wax does either. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Customer service is great, and results are even better. Definitely check out their new location next door to TJMaxx in the Southland Mall for sure!!
This was my first time at Mystic Brows. I thoroughly loved it! The facility is very clean and sanitary. The employees wear mask while threading eyebrows! They did a very good job! No wait! I definitely will return!
