First time going to this location. I normally go to the Rochester one witch is my favorite by the way…The staff was so nice and the place was sparkling clean!!! Smelled so good inside and just felt very comfortable and relaxing overall. The only thing that I think they could improve on a little is returning call backs. Other than that loved my experience today!! And will be returning for a second round of Botox treatment. Thanks again for such a great first time experience!

I had an amazing experience at Monroe med spa in Camillius NY. Teresa was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. She answered every question I had and double checked to make sure I understood all the procedures and what to expect, as this was my first time. She constantly checked to make sure I was comfortable throughout the lip procedure. She’s so talented, I barely felt anything!

The spa is spotless and tastefully decorated with ample parking. Teresa, Dr.Ben and Keller made this first time experience so effortless and comfortable for me. They’re true professionals with amazing client interaction and attention to detail.

I have come to Monroe MedSpa for a couple of years for a couple of different treatments. The staff are always welcoming, friendly, and make you feel comfortable. I trust their professional opinions, and I feel they really care about their clients. They go above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy, satisfied, and feeling good about themselves. I will continue to do business with them and would 100% recommend Monroe MedSpa to anyone in need of skin, or body treatments.

I’ve gotten my Botox by a lot of people and Teresa had the softest touch and I loved my results. I’ve also done Coolsculpting with excellent results at Monroe Medspa Syracuse!

Beautiful and clean office/spa. Everyone was very welcoming the minute you walk thru the door. No wait and was seen on time for the appointment. Jon is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He asks what your expectations and wishes are, and shows you what options are available and realistic results. Really great experience and already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend!!!
