I’ve been to M.Mona’s at least three times and every time I have been so happy and satisfied with their services! The staff is kind and work very hard. M. Mona’s did my nails for my wedding with my sister, mother, and grandmother and it was such a wonderful experience! Beautiful work, clean salon, and great customer service!

i will not be visiting this nail salon again. the girl that did my french tips gel manicure tore up my nail beds and i have been bleeding from three of my cuticles. this is so painful, the polish wore off after three days while i was on vacation. never have had a worse experience.

I’m from Buffalo, NY and needed my nails filled (acrylics) when I was visiting my boyfriend in Elmira. I looked up nearby nail salons and checked all the reviews. Mona nails looked the closest to what I was looking for. The place was simple but cute and VERY busy (make an appointment there may still be a short wait ). Everyone was welcoming. I was serviced by a sweet and patient woman named RANDY and she absolutely killed it! It was exactly what I asked for. She took her time, was detailed and gentle. She did the whole process, including cuticles and moisturizing my hands afterwards. They were so beautifully done I contemplated painting them clear!! I recommend this establishment and now don’t want to get my nails done in Buffalo anymore. I feel like I’m going to be the one commuting to visit my bf more often. ????????

I went to get my feet and nails done with with a friend. We got told in the middle of our pedicures that they didn't have time to do a full set, but they DID have time to do a dip powder set, and we agreed that was fine.

Them saying they didn't have time for a full set must have meant they were going to be busy, right? Wrong. 3 of the ladies sat down for the entire hour we were getting just our finger nails done and messed with plastic wrap, and continued to do so as we were leaving. So they weren't THAT busy.

We originally left a $47 tip from the both of us, but the woman at the desk had the audacity to ask if I was leaving that for the three women that worked on us to split so Ilaughed, and dropped another $20 on the counter and left....that's a $67 tip (25%). I won't be returning after that.

The recommended 15%-20% would have been $40 to $55....the $47 we left originally was WELL within those percentages but she ASKED for more in a rather rude manner. You do realize asking for more of a tip is a disgusting display of customer service right?

A few times I've even had acrylic nails fall completely off. Their work is good but they are rude and unprofessional.

I will be going somewhere else from now on that DESERVES that much of a tip and doesn't ASK for it. I've given them too many chances and it's not gotten any better.

Can't wait to see the unprofessional response I get back to this since the owner likes to make degrading remarks to the customers that have a problem with them instead of taking the information they're receiving and FIXING it.

This is where I always go! Typically for pedicures but decided to get fancy acrylic nails for vacation. I forgot to take a picture right away so this is about 1.5 weeks after it was done. Color is still beautiful!

Visited here during the week and they were able to fit me in. Took my temperature and oxygen saturation and provided hand sanitizer and work station barriers. I felt very safe with their Covid-19 precautions. They did a beautiful job on my nails for a great cost. I love them and cannot wait to return!
