The staff was also very friendly and helpful. They were very welcoming when we walked in, gave us some water and offered us drinks while we waited for our turn. The environment was very clean, which is something that matters to me as a frequent customer of manicure places.
I had a manicure with them and it was so relaxing. She's so gentle and knows exactly how to make me feel pampered, which is what I love about her services. The atmosphere here is also very relaxing and chic, which makes it the perfect place to unwind after a long day!
I had a gel manicure done by Victoria. They look beautiful, and the manicure lasted almost 3 weeks.
All the technicians were so kind and highly skilled.
I 've been coming here a couple times now and love it. Very clean salon with beautiful decorations. The staff are friendly and attentive and did a great job every time I was here. My last time here was this weekend and my nail tech was amazing. She was very detailed and took great care of me. The price is good and the atmosphere is very welcoming. Ladies in this area should at least try this place one time if you haven't already. Absolutely love my experience here!
The staff is wonderful and the salon is great. It was an agreeable environment and my nails look marvelous! Extraordinary help and I'll be back once more.
I am really upset to write a negative review but I have to. This store is so unsanitary that I had to leave halfway through my appointment. They used USED buffers, cuticle pushers and scrubbers on me, provided me with old dirty towels to clean my feet, had sticky dirty countertops. The nail tech who did my manicure touched money, coins, the phone, credit cards and then came back to continue working on my nails without gloves . At some point the (used) cuticle buffer fell on the dirty floor; she picked it up and kept using it on me. There was nailpolish residue in my manicure bowl from a previous customer. I got so uncomfortable that I tried to make it as short as possible. I was too scared to catch an infection. It is so unfortunate, because the technicians are so friendly and nice. But this is a concern that should never be taken slightly.
This salon is my go to, friendly, clean and the nail techs are awesome, no matter who I go to my nails always look great.
