Mike is a great guy, he alway does a fantastic job at his profession. I walk away with a fantastic haircut or beard trim every time and the straight razor work is byfsr the very best in Hutchinson Kansas.
Best shop around, old school, one chair, and straight razor barber, who is a veteran, very awesome guy who is all well rounded.
This barber cuts hair on an appointment only basis,no walk-ins,plus he charges $18.00 for just shaving a person's head,expensive .
Charmingly small little barber shop, impressively talented. Honest and professional, please consider this shop for your next haircut, guys! The best haircut I have had in a very long time! Make sure to bring cash to pay ????

I scheduled an appointment with Mike while I was visiting family from out of state. I've lived all over the US and have been unhappy with haircuts almost everywhere I go, and pay upwards of $60.00 at most places. Mike was friendly, on time, great conversation, and within 20 minutes I had a haircut I've been looking for for years. A classic small town barbershop by the truest of definitions. He definitely has a returning customer for the couple of times a year I'm in Hutchinson.
Mike is a super nice guy and I got one of the best hair cuts I've had in a while. I highly recommend going here
I’ve went through a handful of barbers in this town before I finally found Mikes Barbershop. I told Mike exactly what I needed and he delivered. Other barbers in this area tend to get a little extra and go as far as shaving eyebrows and do other unnecessary things I didn’t ask for. Mike keeps it simple and that’s what I appreciate. Super nice guy also.
