McKenzie's cafe bar apartment is absolutely beautiful well decorated with all amenities needed in a great location
Incredible place. My wife and I have been several times and we've taken family with us for a lovely meal. The staff are always welcoming, warm and friendly. Food is always good quality and you get a lot for what you pay. I would highly recommend them for a quick coffee or meal.
We popped in for breakfast on a Monday morning whilst visiting family near Blackwood. The service was excellent from all the staff who were all attentive & efficient. We all had a full English breakfast which was delicious
- The food was well cooked & piping hot. Will look forward to visiting again when we are back in South Wales.

Tables close together which as it was busy was a little chaotic.. especially as I have a walking aid.
Tables upstairs, but no disabled access.
An updated review, closed early today due to staffing, despite this the available staff were pleasant and helpful.
Only one shared toilet facility which at times held a queue, but quickly dispersed.
Normally the best cafe in blackwood and we love it. After our last visit we wont be going back. Ordered drinks and two toasties, after 40 mins we never even received our drinks. Someone else was served right next to us after only being there for 10 mins. We decided to just walk and no one said a word to us the entire time. Weird experience for a normally lovely place.
Food is outstanding. Staff are amazing and I won't go anywhere else.

Great staff, great place and quick service. Me and my bamp had an Americano and I had a custom made iced coffee. It tasted amazing and so did the iced slice. Great price too, highly recommended!
