I have been coming here for years, I recently went to have my hair straightened. When she started doing my hair, my hair was so stiff. I had no movement at all, when she got done with the flat iron she kept trying to flatten my ends with the flat iron. When I tried to tell them, they kept denying my hair was stiff when everyone else there could see. My hair was so greasy. They don’t care about their loyal customers. I will never go here again!!!
Got my hair relaxed & it turned out beautiful but the lady didn’t apply enough grease around my edges & it left sores. Not happy about that at all.
Yani did an amazing job on my hair. I came in for a wash & curl the results are shown in the pic below. go check her out anytime but she’s not available Wednesday or Sunday.
I used to love this salon... unfortunately the last time I went about two weeks ago, they put chemicals in my hair without me knowing. They put straightening chemicals into their shampoo!! Now my once curly/wavy hair is now bone straight and thin! I had recieved a wash, blow dry, curl & trim. They washed it, and combed through it gently first, then rinsed it out, and then washed it more vigorously two more times, before conditioning it. I knew my hair smelled a little funny after drying, but I assumed it was from the flat iron. When I washed my hair a week later I could smell the chemicals in my wet hair, it was also brittle and breaking off horribly. I am devastated ????
Now I'll be doing deep conditioning treatments at home and staying away from hot hair tools. Hopefully I can salvage my hair and at least try to get it healthy again. But my texture is completely gone! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!
I’ve been going here since I was in my teens , and Juliette is my favorite ????. They’re so friendly and make sure you happy when you get up from the chair.
My first time here.High prices but they does awesome job.They are very clean nice employees. I love my hair yall.oh ok I job a Bob done in my own hair,it was$40 ,but they wanted $80 if I would of got a perm wash and curl.So if you know how to perm ya own hair ,I say do that but if you got it to pay the 80 do that

My experience here today wasn’t the best , I wanted to get my hair color they told me I couldn’t because it would take to long , my appointment was at 4:00 they family members starting coming in and they would let they family member cut in front of you like my time is precious and they just wasted it , I couldn’t even get my hair done worst Experience ever might not ever go back
