Must be the best fish and chips in a 15 mile radius. Light batter, quality fish fillets, nicely done chips, generous portions, and the girls on the counter are great for a bit of banter while you wait. New favourite
Cold chips and over done fish I’ve had better from a road side van
My favourite chip shop in the area around Stanley and it has been for many years.

Used to be great now it’s not small portions for a lot of money.
Used to be great but often your order is wrong, cold reheated chips and disorganised in the shop. Had the no cheese excuse a few times when in actual fact it’s still frozen.
Everything great apart from asking for 2 jumbos, paying for 2 jumbos but only getting 1 jumbo.
For months they have done good both fish and chips. But we got 3 large haddocks and I knew before we opened them there was something not nice. Chips good batter good but fish had awful smell and taste obviously they were bad.. I left mine wife left hers.. I usually leave bit for dogs but bin got it instead... You were getting so good...
