Very fast and yet phenomenal cuts. Very friendly and fair prices
Gave this place a shot. What a terrible experience I had! The barber took 2 hours (not exaggerating!) to do a skin fade and trim the top. I think this guy was new but never going back again.
Called in yesterday at 11:25am and booked an appointment for today at 11:00am (didn’t receive a name for the barber and only left my name on the call). I walked in today and none of the barbers there knew of my appointment.
Very disappointing organization at this shop and hope they can improve it in the future for the sake of their customers.
It's a very busy place but they always make sure you're seen pretty fast if you're a walk-in. They all do a great and thorough job to the last details!
This place has good cuts but they have the longest wait time for walk-in’s. They are also very poor when it comes to communication. also if you do make an appointment and you walk in 5 minutes early, you will probably end up getting your spot taken for being early to YOUR appointment, that’s like so rude. Also when you walk in they rarely acknowledge your presence. But I mean they cut hair so good I can’t stop going there????
I love this place and Pinky is the absolute best stylest/barber ever. 1st time here and hands down the best place to get your hair done in Seattle! I love my hair!
Went in as a walk in. Was greeted at the door and asked if I had an appointment. Told him no.
Was asked to put my name on a board and had one walk in ahead of me.
Sat there for almost an hour and watch two barbers who was obviously waiting on appointments just sit in their chairs waiting. I would think that you would want to take care of any waiting customers instead of waiting for your late client.
No one ever told me who I was waiting for or how much time.
I ended up leaving.
I value customer service but this shop was lacking it.
Like the haircut, love the attention to detail and the staff really friendly. Recommend to book your appointment.
