wanted a polish change and this is what i got. went back into the store twice asking for them to fix it and when they did it was still just as bad. i feel like i could have done it better myself.

I got a deluxe pedicure and I can honestly say they did a great job however when it comes to doing a manicure I HIGHLY don’t recommend….it was a absolutely horrible experience. I never had my nails done that way….they were basically like press on nails…. They literally glued the nail over my ENTIRE nail bed, did a simple filing, btw (my nails were different shapes) and she didn’t put any acrylic or gel over the nails just was going to paint them basically after just glueing them on….I told her to take them off And I left still having partial nails on my fingers she spent 30 minutes trying to soak them off and I left without them being completely removed, I’m almost quiet sure she didn’t know what she was doing at all

Me and my friend went and they treated us so nicely but all we got was white nails and I got regular nail polish and she got gel and my nail came out patchy as heck and as did my friend with gel

If I could rate this place in the negative I would not hesitate. They do not know what they are doing and are totally unprofessional. We showed them a picture. They still did not understand. Attempted an acrylic full set and after 1.5 hrs in the chair the result was a lumpy unprofessional and unshaped acrylic. I literally filed them myself to show the technician what the nail shape should look like and how it should not be lumpy. A disgrace to customer service and nail service. If they do not know how to do something, they should not attempt it and ruin someone's nails and waste so much of their day. I walked out and could not even continue with the level of incompetence. I highly doub they have even ever been professionally trained.

never again. the people were nice but they did not take there time. i got acrylics for hoco and every single nail was crooked.

Went for a pedicure with my cousin and only 2 other women in the place getting a service. Not busy at all. Half way thru a group of women who they knew came in and the whole atmosphere changed. Me being from out of town chose regular polish instead of gel, the lady had an attitude when I declined and was told they no longer had time to do my design I asked for because they were busy. I definitely wondered if it was because I was a different race. When they figured out what the group who had no appointment as well was going to do then wanted to complete my polish. I was past ready to go. My cousin who was getting a manicure with gel polish had a lady who didn't know how to use the gel finally asked her to stop. What should have been a 1 hour or so visit turned into 2 1/2! I will NEVER go back there when in town again.

Everything was fantastic! The staff are friendly, professional and pay attention to detail. From the soak, the massage, scrub, scented lotion, and warm towels everything was perfect. They had social distancing, personal protective equipment and plastic guards. They gave hand sanitizer and took my temperature at the front desk. I felt very safe, it was a wonderful experience and my nails look great for a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be back.
