This place was beautiful! On top of that Tony did my nails and I'm picky because I have short stubby fingers and I'm a nail biter and he did an amazing job!!!!!!! Best nails I've had in a Long time. Fast but so patient & delicate with your nails! The lady who did my sister's was amazing to!!

Very unhappy. Usually like getting my pedicures here but tonight there were only 2 of them there and I took my granddaughter there for a mani/pedi and the only thing they did for her mani was file her nails and paint them. Barely touched her feet and charged me $40 for it. Didn't soak her fingers or touch anything else cause they were in a hurry. Won't go back!

Though incredibly unfortunate because they seem like lovely owners to what I’ve seen, the business is not a three or four or five star salon. Dust is everywhere (everywhere), paint is splattered all over random areas (especially the waiting chairs), the nail stations are caked in nail dust as well as old polish, which is mind blowing to me because aren’t you supposed to wipe the station after someone has finished? They don’t, they go right to have you pay and then they sit in the back where the television is. When working on my hands, they didn’t get a new drill head or a new file buffer, nor did they soak my hands and clean my cuticles or put oil on my cuticles after the nail service. Each time I leave with scabs on my cuticles from how aggressive they are with a drill or file, (not a nail bitter or hangnail ripper for clarification) now that could just be their process but I’m not trying to bleed and have swollen cuticles surrounding my new nails. My expectations of a salon are apparently too high for what is available because this establishment is not one I’ll be returning too.

This is what my daughter came home with. Her fingers torn up, and a messy polish job. I never leave reviews like this, but this is unacceptable and I feel like they took advantage of my daughter who was too polite to complain. Not worth $50. I should have just done them myself.

I will never get my nails done here again. She didn’t take her time at all. A lot of the nails are crooked and not painted properly. She dug into my skin with the electric nail file and the wait time was so long. It definitely wasn’t worth the money.

This was the worst experience I ever experience in a nail salon by far! First my pedicure was horrible the water was cold! Then I ask if he could heat the water up ! He had an attitude! He didn’t do my pedi right!! Just rinse my feet off cut my toe nails and put some lotion on them!! I was furious!! When I got my nails filled in by the owner she didn’t make my visit any better!! I get home and my shellac is peeling off my nails!! But I spent $90 for both services that wasn’t even worth!!! Never would I recommend this nail place to anyone ????????????

I have had many pedicures in my life, the one I had last night here was by far the worst! Young girl with no customer service skills at all. She never greeted me nor spoke one word to me during the very rushed, rough and sometimes painful 15 minute pedi. There are way too many other nail places around who will take your money, treat you better and give a better quality service. I won’t be back to Luxy or recommend them in the future

I have been to this nail salon a few time as it is closer to my house, they are rude. Just recently I went for a Pedicure and was socking my feet for more than 1/2 hour which is ok, but it was just water and nothing in it. When I asked the male owner said you get what you pay for. After the service was complete my feet are not any better than when I went there. Same when I have gone for Gel manicure, they use cheap stuff. Will never go there again. Also the owners kids do manicure and pedicures there when they are not in school and not lisensed.
