This was my first time here and I'm so impressed! I saw them on Instagram, liked what I saw and decided to reach out because I didn't see any prices listed. I sent a pic of what I wanted and got an estimate. Then walked in today and was greeted with the best customer service! Linda is AWESOME! And I absolutely love my nails! It looks just like the pic I sent with the exception of the color and I was the one that decided to change it from what was featured in the pic. Highly recommend!

10/21What I asked for versus what I got. I wasn’t expecting identical but at least get the correct shape. I kept asking the tech to file, she gave me every reason why NOT to! This is my 3rd visit and I know for sure I won’t be returning. Every visit is worse than the last, I should’ve known better than to come today.
I came in for me and my daughter to get and a fill in set. The young lady that did my feet did an amazing job but nail tech that did my full set was rude. Whenever I asked for something to be fixed or a color change she sat back and looked at me like I had did something wrong. It took another nail tech to explain to her what I wanted. I just settle for something simple. One of my thumbs are short than the other and she didn’t get rid of the excess acrylic under heather. I paid $198 and I left feeling forced with my nails. I’ve been here before many times and I never had this issue until today it just make me want to not return.
Tried this place FOUR TIMES and every single time was progressively worse. After today, I’ve learned my lesson. The rudeness I was going to ignore because I knew I wasn’t coming back but when you finish my nails and it’s purple instead of pink, then SOMETHING isn’t right and you know it. They apologized for wasting my time and I’m sorry I wasted my time too. Picture is how color #44 comes out. Nothing like it and when I said something I was told “it’s not finished” well now it’s finished and it’s clearly purple not pink. Along with the fact they acted like they didn’t know how to remove the previous SNS (their work!), I just hate I wasted my time AND money. Glad I was able to change my mind about the gel pedicure though.
Today I came in and was in need of a answer to why I was having issues with my nails coming off and my color peeling. I was informed that water had gotten underneath my set and I needed them to be done again. I was worried about getting back to work on time but not only was it completed quickly but it was beautiful. This is my forever nail shop!
I love my nails… I would recommend Kenny on your nails bc he did an amazing job… He works very good and quick. I got there at 10:00am and left at 10:45am. Luxury nails is amazing
When I first started going to this nail salon and Spa, I found the environment, staff, service, and price to be affordable (@ $30+ tip).
Unfortunately, the last time I went, my tab for the service I received was $50 + a $10 tip I gave to the manicurist.
My daughter gets acrylic nails at the NAIL SHOP off of Candler Road in Decatur, GA. Her nails are always on point, because the manicurist is skillful and adds artwork on her nails for no extra charge. I am done with Luxury Nails and Spa; and also told one of my coworkers about the increase for manicures because the shop owner cares more about her daily or weekly revenue than providing excellent service to her clients. It's just a matter of time before other clients stop patronizing Luxury Nails & Spa due the continued increase in the price. The sneaky thing about this price increase is there was nothing posted. I along with other clients were made aware of the price increase at the cash register; which that's what I call being low key sneaky! The shop owner is obviously more interested in her weekly revenue than her clients!????
If you don't want to go broke every month, THINK TWICE before you decide to patronize this establishment!
So it was my first time trying nail extensions and it was an amazing experience here. The service was delightful especially a lady who got my pedicure done it was so relaxing. Also Sarah did an amazing job with my nails. I got more than what I was expecting.
Their services are pocket friendly too!!
